The food was enjoyable overall, with the exception of the red snapper, which was unfortunately overcooked. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, she mentioned she would see what she could do. However, the resolution—removing only $5 from a $35 dish—felt inadequate, especially given that we expressed our dissatisfaction. When we addressed this further, we were told that because we had tried the dish, it essentially counted as having eaten it.
While the service was decent and the restaurant has many great reviews, I was disappointed with how the manager handled our concern. Considering we ordered two appetizers, drinks, and entrées, I believe comping the dish would have been a more appropriate gesture and would not have significantly impacted their bottom line. It left us feeling undervalued as customers.

Ni pa que, absolutamente los mejores mariscos estilos mexicanos que vas encontrar en todo Virginia. Just the best Mexican seafood you’ll find in all of Va. Everything was too good, the amazing crispy calamari first then the micheladas, the shrimp cocktail, octopus, el aguachile, the oysters we used for the cocktail too . 10/10 buen servicio también
