Diners beware Nordstrom Cafe Tysons corner has a rat infestation. We were dining in and saw a rat/mouse going into the kitchen about 30 minutes later we saw another one. Employees were aware of the problem. Just a heads up.

I went back for the first time after being away for years. I had never been to this one but I thought “Tyson’s” it has to be good. Not! I got the mushroom and pepperoni pizza. It was not good.. greasy, with cheddar cheese. I’ve never know for cheddar cheese to go on a pizza and I don’t remember that being on the menu. It just wasn’t good. I will likely stick with salads if I decide to go back.

This review is for the manager - first time here ever, small hiccup with the order and I've never witnessed someone go so far and above to make even a misunderstanding right - and I didn't even ask! He just did it on his own. What a great experience + the new remodel looks great.
Cute bar with well made fancy drinks. Easy to drop in, drink, then shop.

Our server Gregg was amazing, super attentive, and knew exactly what was in each dish and walked us through a great meal.
Came here to eat with my colleague and placed an order for pick up. Got to the cafe to pick up my order and asked the lady working the register if it was okay to sit down to eat my my meal as it was extremely empty for 11:15AM and she said it was fine. We sat down as we both ordered meals and started to eat when the server Barney came up and told us “next time we would not be able to do that” very nastily and rudely… there was another lady sitting across from us that did not even order a meal who was not bothered. (Probably because she was a more fair skin tone? My colleague and I are definitely not missing any melanin) Not sure why the server Barney even came up to us, but he also said that “we were taking up a table.” Overall very disappointed because I was looking forward to eating my French onion dip sandwich, which they forgot to even give me the dip for… Would not recommend as the serving team was not welcoming and rude. It wasn’t like we did not ask them before we sat down. Attached is a photo of how empty the cafe was…

Good selection of food at good prices. My kids love their tomatoe soup and chicken tendors. I love the fact they serve veggies with their kids meals; very healthy! ???
One of the best restaurants to eat at in the DMV, both because of the food and the service. I never thought I'd say that about a fashion retailer cafe, and people always raise their eyebrows when I tell them to try it. But it's that good. The spicy shrimp pasta has such a good sauce. Props to the chef / whoever came up with the menu!

Good Day !!! I had a wonderful experience at the café yesterday with my friends. Our server/weight staff employee Saeed SIADA was amazing. He made sure to take his time with us. He was patient he was kind and his customer service was Super The food was delicious. I can honestly say the manager, Mr. Campos has a wonderful staff. I look forward to eating there again to create new memories. Thank you Nordstrom Café.!
