This place is so much better than one imagines for a department store cafe. I keep coming back for the excellent Chicken Ceasar salad! Yummy!
Service is always friendly and the atmosphere is appropriate for a partially self-serve restaurant while taking a break from shopping.

Nordstrom Cafe offers an impressive dining experience at a very affordable price. The self-ordering system makes it easy and comfortable, with no extra tipping pressure. It’s a cozy, relaxed place to enjoy quality food and good conversation. The dishes are outstanding for their price — an excellent value overall!

The food here is amazing! The waiter serving at our table was good too. Sadly, the food did take a while to be served.
Too bad the lady at the register was very rude and didn't even give us cups of water. She never even informed us about the bread no longer being either. My mom had to go over to get water cups for us.
She was animatedly chatting to the other customers and couldn't even offer us the same service! I am not sure why she was discriminatory towards us. I don't understand why she is employed here if she cannot treat ALL customers politely. Horrid, HORRID woman! Thanks for ruining a generally good restaurant that I love eating at for many years. Good to know that such awful characters exist!

I stop at the Nordstrom Cafes often on my work trips. It's always very clean and the food is amazing. I ordered the Honey Dijon Cobb Salad with Blackened Chicken and it was fantastic.

After shopping during the anniversary Nordstrom sale my wife and I went to marketplace for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised of the food quality presented at this location. I quote my wife when I say “this was the best Panini I’ve ever had.” They also have a really nice staff.

A refined pause amidst a day of retail therapy. Nordstrom Cafe’s pizza offers a crisp, well-structured crust, layered with quality ingredients and just enough indulgence to feel special—without overwhelming. Understated, but satisfying.

Diners beware Nordstrom Cafe Tysons corner has a rat infestation. We were dining in and saw a rat/mouse going into the kitchen about 30 minutes later we saw another one. Employees were aware of the problem. Just a heads up.
I went back for the first time after being away for years. I had never been to this one but I thought “Tyson’s” it has to be good. Not! I got the mushroom and pepperoni pizza. It was not good.. greasy, with cheddar cheese. I’ve never know for cheddar cheese to go on a pizza and I don’t remember that being on the menu. It just wasn’t good. I will likely stick with salads if I decide to go back.
Great food

This review is for the manager - first time here ever, small hiccup with the order and I've never witnessed someone go so far and above to make even a misunderstanding right - and I didn't even ask! He just did it on his own. What a great experience + the new remodel looks great.
Cute bar with well made fancy drinks. Easy to drop in, drink, then shop.
Overpriced. Awful service. Terrible food . Absolutely waste of my money .
Solid lunch when you don't want to deal with the foodcourt.
