I ordered a big Mac with no bun and no lettuce. My big mac came with all buns, no lettuce but also no big Mac sauce or pickles.

The potatoes had a strange odor. When I informed the staff, they silently threw them away and brought a new serving, but that also had the same bad smell. It smelled like a toilet.
I’m pregnant, so I’m very concerned about the risk of food poisoning.

I ordered a Big Mac and it took over 20 minutes! The entire staff looked like teenagers who were on their phones taking as much time as they could. Bit to mention it looked like the floor had not been cleaned in days. Horrible experience.

Ordered a single burger - it took +10 minutes to get it. No acknowledge of the delay.
Many customers having problems with orders.
Don’t need to by checking your order. And don’t be in a rush. Disappointing experience.

This location with do anything but speak to the customers. I stood waiting at the mobile pick up for over 10 minutes attempting to get someones attention. Everyone else's food was getting put on the pickup shelves but mine. Finally, I got someones attention and they grabbed my food from behind the shelves out of sight where it was getting cold possibly the entire time id been waiting. This exact occurrence has happened countless times at this location. Today I was late from my lunch break and I didnt get to eat my food because of this. I just want to be treated like a human person that exists, why do the employees actively avoid eye contact and refuse to interact with the customers? Now I'm seething over McDonald's and that's crazy.

I have always loved McDonald's. The staff is always friendly and patient with the customers and the food always tastes great. The drive thru is always speedy too.

The price is very cheap!!

Stood in line while the cashier had a full conversation in Spanish with the customer in front of me. Out of nowhere a man rooted me. I spoke up. It was her husband who was sitting down. Said I wanted a large coffee ☕. She repeated my order then told me to scan my code. As I'm scanning she asked my order again. Repeated myself. I'm tired of this language barrier. Had to ask for napkins. Said I wasn't coming back out here last time I visited this mall. Should have known.

me and my friend got 2 things of fries and it took over 25 mins

I know they had to streamline but The new system just isn't the same putting everything in bends and then throwing it together the cheese doesn't melt but love the fries.

The service was excellent. The manager took my order and was very responsive, polite and professional. The food came in a short time and was very hot and delicious. The location was clean and staff all seemed very friendly. Thanks!

Listen I work in this mall and I notice they always stop serving breakfast too early! IF ONLINE SAYS THE CUT TIME IS 10:29 At 10:28 I SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO ORDER BREAKFAST WHETHER ITS ONLINE OR IN STORE! This is ridiculous every damn day breakfast is over early at this establishment DO BETTER NOBODY WANTS NUGGETS AT 11am 🤌🏽😡
