McDonald's

This location with do anything but speak to the customers. I stood waiting at the mobile pick up for over 10 minutes attempting to get someones attention. Everyone else's food was getting put on the pickup shelves but mine. Finally, I got someones attention and they grabbed my food from behind the shelves out of sight where it was getting cold possibly the entire time id been waiting. This exact occurrence has happened countless times at this location. Today I was late from my lunch break and I didnt get to eat my food because of this. I just want to be treated like a human person that exists, why do the employees actively avoid eye contact and refuse to interact with the customers? Now I'm seething over McDonald's and that's crazy.

I have always loved McDonald's. The staff is always friendly and patient with the customers and the food always tastes great. The drive thru is always speedy too.

The price is very cheap!!

Stood in line while the cashier had a full conversation in Spanish with the customer in front of me. Out of nowhere a man rooted me. I spoke up. It was her husband who was sitting down. Said I wanted a large coffee ☕. She repeated my order then told me to scan my code. As I'm scanning she asked my order again. Repeated myself. I'm tired of this language barrier. Had to ask for napkins. Said I wasn't coming back out here last time I visited this mall. Should have known.

me and my friend got 2 things of fries and it took over 25 mins

I know they had to streamline but The new system just isn't the same putting everything in bends and then throwing it together the cheese doesn't melt but love the fries.

The service was excellent. The manager took my order and was very responsive, polite and professional. The food came in a short time and was very hot and delicious. The location was clean and staff all seemed very friendly. Thanks!

Listen I work in this mall and I notice they always stop serving breakfast too early! IF ONLINE SAYS THE CUT TIME IS 10:29 At 10:28 I SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO ORDER BREAKFAST WHETHER ITS ONLINE OR IN STORE! This is ridiculous every damn day breakfast is over early at this establishment DO BETTER NOBODY WANTS NUGGETS AT 11am 🤌🏽😡

In the tysons corner mall first floor. Better to sit down and do a mobile order for pick up through the mcdonalds app. Staff are helpful.

The food at this location is THE WORST. Every time we get food delivery from this location or even order in person, the food is always cold, and most times, wrong items were sent. We haven’t even had one single satisfactory experience ordering McDonald’s from this place. Please avoid if you can.

I stopped by here when I was at the mall to see Wicked with my girlfriend and noticed that the McRib was back. They recently had a renovation however I must say it looks way better than most modern redone McDonalds. in that while it’s still minimalist in look it as a bit more personality and color than the typical boring, Outdated, Brown and being on black, pseudo-Starbucks aesthetic that so many modern McDonalds and fast food chains in general have been inflicting onto the public for the past decade and a half. Perhaps this means the fast food industry is pivoting away from that, which would be nice. My 2 main complaints are that the digital order kiosks weren’t updated to feature the limited time McRib despite it being advertised all over the restaurant, and that it seems like the place got Significantly smaller since the renovation. Like it’s still kinda mid, the food Is alright and the service was kinda your standard not giving a ____ but Eh it’s nice having the McRib again.

Vegetarian options: McDonalds used to have Salads, but that’s pretty much It and I doubt they still do it.

Dietary restrictions: It’s McDonalds. I am pretty sure they don’t care about your dietary restrictions

Parking: It’s in the mall so it has the same parking situation as the mall. Namely multiple parking lots and garages, all of which are free.

Kid-friendliness: It’s McDonalds. What do you think?

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor of the mall in the pseudo food Court so i would certainly say so

The food is pretty average, didn't get served cold or anything but the staff that work there are really rude. I ordered for the first time and they kept staring at me like they were judging me. After my food was done since it was my first time I didn't know there was a little area on the side where the finished orders went, one of the workers asked me my order number and when I told him he scoffed and rolled his eyes before pointing at the order window. How was I supposed to even know it was done when he didn't even call my order number in the first place. They even forgot to give me one of the items I ordered. When my friend asked if they had room temperature water instead of cold because her throat was sore they gave her a dirty look and immediately said no. I'm probably not comming back to this place unless somebody else orders for me.

Everything is fine but I do not like when some customers do not respect others and they listen music and conversacions on their phones with the speaker out.
Once a guy was listening polítical news very LOUD, from his country. Was so annoying.
