The food at this location is THE WORST. Every time we get food delivery from this location or even order in person, the food is always cold, and most times, wrong items were sent. We haven’t even had one single satisfactory experience ordering McDonald’s from this place. Please avoid if you can.

I stopped by here when I was at the mall to see Wicked with my girlfriend and noticed that the McRib was back. They recently had a renovation however I must say it looks way better than most modern redone McDonalds. in that while it’s still minimalist in look it as a bit more personality and color than the typical boring, Outdated, Brown and being on black, pseudo-Starbucks aesthetic that so many modern McDonalds and fast food chains in general have been inflicting onto the public for the past decade and a half. Perhaps this means the fast food industry is pivoting away from that, which would be nice. My 2 main complaints are that the digital order kiosks weren’t updated to feature the limited time McRib despite it being advertised all over the restaurant, and that it seems like the place got Significantly smaller since the renovation. Like it’s still kinda mid, the food Is alright and the service was kinda your standard not giving a ____ but Eh it’s nice having the McRib again.

Vegetarian options: McDonalds used to have Salads, but that’s pretty much It and I doubt they still do it.

Dietary restrictions: It’s McDonalds. I am pretty sure they don’t care about your dietary restrictions

Parking: It’s in the mall so it has the same parking situation as the mall. Namely multiple parking lots and garages, all of which are free.

Kid-friendliness: It’s McDonalds. What do you think?

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor of the mall in the pseudo food Court so i would certainly say so

The food is pretty average, didn't get served cold or anything but the staff that work there are really rude. I ordered for the first time and they kept staring at me like they were judging me. After my food was done since it was my first time I didn't know there was a little area on the side where the finished orders went, one of the workers asked me my order number and when I told him he scoffed and rolled his eyes before pointing at the order window. How was I supposed to even know it was done when he didn't even call my order number in the first place. They even forgot to give me one of the items I ordered. When my friend asked if they had room temperature water instead of cold because her throat was sore they gave her a dirty look and immediately said no. I'm probably not comming back to this place unless somebody else orders for me.

This branch needs to be manage properly. The woman staffs are so rude and tried to call them multiple times from the counter but they just keep ignoring me.

We asked for a happy meal with the Sanrio toy and they gave us a box of Panini stickers. We told them that there was no Sanrio toy. Besides, they were rude.

This location recently renovated and did away with the unique old black and white photos of Tysons, that really added a nice unique charm to a McDonalds. Now it’s just as sterile as any other McDonalds.

They got rid of the customer facing soda fountain and upon asking for a refill was told they don't do refills. This is outrageous for a McDonald's to refuse soda refills.

I went there shortly after open and the person in the counter already was struggling. She took super long to poor 4 cups of coffe. I was literally standing there for like 5 min while she struggled.Then I ordered a simple 2 deal sandwich and went to sit right in front of the counter area.The employee JENNY, the same one whom was struggling with the register had my order had me sitting right in front of her and never called my number.She served everyone whom was standing and hovering the counter, which if she was in other circumstances where it would be a busier time, this calls for a danger for people fighting for being all standing in front of one another and blocking others from ordering cause JENNY here cannot bother to make sure people get their food warm.Well in the end I had to go and ask why my food was taking so long and the food was just getting colder hiding there in the counter behind some structure.In summary, if you don’t want cold breakfast and waste time waiting for an employee to do their job and call orders as they come out to people standing right in front of them avoid this location cause JENNY is here and clearly she will make sure ur food gets nice and cold before you get it.

This has to be the worse food and experience from a McDonald's. My fish sandwich was dry, burnt, no chesse or sauce. Fries to much salt and burnt. If you wouldn't want your food like this, why serve this to anyone else? The service was awful. Not a good experience at all. Throwing the food right in the trash ?
