I live about a 7 minute drive from McLean location. Ordered 2 sandwiches online scheduled for 12:30. Got there around 12:20. It was ready on time but when I got home they were both cold!
Please wrap more carefully!

Came to this spot a couple of times and was so impressed with how big of a portiontheir sandwiches were. However, used a water cup b/c I wasn’t too thirsty for soda, and found 5+ dead ants in my orange soda. Thought they would have fixed it the first time, but went it again and still the same issue and no sign to warn customers. Very cringe and definitely lost my appetite. All fountain sodas should have had a sign for no use, just as a recommendation to inform your customers.

Out of bread three times in past two weeks. Wrong order and forgot tax ILI sauce on past several orders. Used to be one of my favs in McLean but recently management has deteriorated

Terrible place. The average wait time for an order is 20 minutes longer. It stinks. The staff is not friendly. Would not recommend.

I had a very unpleasant and unfriendly experience tonight at the McLean location. The guy at the counter was so unpleasant. It was a take out and I had a question about the cold naan (bread) he gave me and he was so rude and told me that’s how they dot it. They don’t cause I have had them give hot bread. Agreed I was there at 8:30 pm and it was their closing time, but it was still open. The doors were open which means customers are allowed. So what was that whole attitude about. Management please talk to him. Monday Aug 5th. And I still tipped.

I've visited this place several times, and I've always been impressed by the friendly staff. In particular, Atena went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the menu items despite being busy. We'll definitely be returning here more often.

I cannot express enough how much I love this place! The food is so delicious and the staff are wonderful. I go at least once a month for huge catering orders, and for dinner office dinners in between. I rely almost exclusively on this store for all of my work-related catering orders, and have done so for 5+ years. Not once have they messed up an order. Rather, they are amazing at making sure I the exact right amount of food, a good variety for all of my various catering needs, and it's always on time. Truly, a favorite of mine -- you can't go wrong! (I have tried everything at this point, but the lamb is the best. And you have to try their hummus, it's off the chain!)

Dietary restrictions: They have great options for when I need to order vegetarian catering.

It used to be a good place. My daughter and I often came here to relax, creating fond memories. However, things changed. I believe she's the manager now, but she lacks respect. I prefer not to visit this place anymore.

Ordered Delivery using DoorDash today.I got the Combo II with rice -- a good value. Comes with 1/2 of Pita bread. Good portion size, enough to two. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
