Waitstaff was really good. Only issue was that I don't think my pear was roasted in my “roasted pear salad.” It tasted just like a canned pear! Rest of food was good. Always like the tortilla soup, as well as the little rolls with strawberry butter.
Jennifer has been our server many times over the years. What a great representative she is for NM - she aleays makes us feel at home. We'll be back.
They were good but recently getting worse every month.
Had a reservation, but when we arrived there were no tables available and were instead sent to the bar.
After many great experiences at NM cafe, unfortunately this time the service was awful. The lady serving us cleaned up our table before even I finish my food and soon after that she asked us to leave because the second round of reservation was coming up. Our reservation was at 11:45 am and she asked us to leave right before 1:00pm, even though there was no one waiting to be seated. Very rude and unwelcoming experience from the lady serving us.
I love dining at the Neiman Marcus cafe. I always have to get the signature tortilla soup. And please make sure you eat the rolls with the strawberry butter. It's the best!!!
The new warm pear salad was delicious! I will definitely order it again. I added avocado to the salad for protein.
Service was great, but the food was lacking. Make reservations via Opentable. The service here is gracious and kind. The heated popovers with strawberry butter is delicious as always. The salmon with asparagus tasted reheated as if it was cooked the previous day or two. It was a $40 plate of reheated food. Not great or a luxurious feeling to associate with NM. Space is rather compact. But perhaps I got spoiled by previous visits to the San Francisco NM Cafe, which is near perfect.

I'm a fan of the menu, the service, the atmosphere. Just a nice place to get something g to eat if you're there at Tysons2 and NM.
Go here all the time when I am in Tysons. Seated service is better than bar top service. Pretty consistent experience, long-term staff. Last visit the lady handling the bar seating could've been a little more attentive. Will continue going back.

Always fun to eat here in between shopping at the Galleria! It's always a quiet place to chat with friends, and enjoy a great lunch together!
My spinach & quinoa salad was excellent. Tiffany is the very best with her guests. I enjoyed the pleasant experience and service! The big cookie is STELLAR!
Neiman Marcus Cafe at Tyson's Galleria is stylish and comfortable. The room is quiet, which makes conversation easy. The food is very good, especially the generously proportioned salads. The menu is not long, and that simplifies making a dining choice. Service is excellent. When I am at the Tyson's Galleria, the NM Cafe is where I eat.
I took my friend's 83 year-old mother for her birthday here and she absolutely loved it. It's not too big or too loud. Service was outstanding and she loved the Sampler.
They will not honor reservations made online. You'll end up waiting an hour.
