I was disappointed, unfortunately. I guess I was comparing it to the NM in Coral Gables, FL which is elegant and well-appointed. This was more like a cafeteria - something you might go to while shopping for a quick bite. Even then, the bite wasn't so quick. Our waitress was busy and couldn't get to our table. My entree, a salad, which sounded delicious, was ruined, IMHO, by the salty, mayo-based dressing that was more suitable for a savory salad - not one with fruit and nuts. I will not be going back. Nordstroms has a better menu, atmosphere, and service. BTW - my bill was $75 for two basic entrees with water - no bargain for the buck.

Salmon salad was fair and pricey. Service and people were good. But I don't plan to go back.

Normally the cafe is a favorite lunch spot but today was a little off. The special was crab quiche and it was not available --"not ready yet" at 12:30? Our server was very nice and capable but overwhelmed--hard to get water, etc. I suspect someone had not shown up because normally she is also excellent. I guess this is a long way of saying, love this restaurant but not this time.

Always a lovely lunch! Service was prompt and friendly, food was great - consistent as usual!

I confirmed with customer service that they would price match and got all the way to the store only for them to refuse. So I bought the coat from the designer and returned it. annoying.

Our server Tiffany was very attentive and gracious. The food was fresh and presentation was very attractive Neiman Marcus Cafe is one of my favorite luncheon venues!

The server was very accommodating, the food was quite good - particularly the lobster Cobb and the spritz!

Beginning with the roll with strawberry butter, the roll used to be served warm and very fresh, it was cold and stale. I ordered what I've ordered for years and at many Neiman's cafes. The orange soufflé chicken salad. It was served ICE COLD not just cold! It had probably been refrigerated for days, definitely not made fresh. The fact I was a guest at lunch, I felt that it would be inappropriate to complain. All in all, lunch was NOT in any way up to par!

Brought my boyfriend to NM Cafe for the first time and he loved MY lobster salad! I did noticed a few new items were added to the menu, but loved the selections. The Spicy Honey Margaritas were absolutely delicious (we ordered 3 lol). I can never remember our server's name but she was AMAZING (as always)! Next visit I will be sure to ask for her name.

Always a treat to enjoy a lunch at the Neiman Marcus Cafe. Food is consistently good and high quality. Glad they brought back more sandwiches and less entrees. Chicken Paillard was fantastic!

Great cafe to consider even if not shopping in the Galleria Mall. Attentive, seamless service on point; plenty of menu choices for a cafe. Of course, nice N-M touches like freshly baked monkey bread with strawberry butter. Outstanding dishes we enjoyed—a seasonal lobster Cobb salad, and a delicious sea scallop salad. The seafood was absolutely the freshest as were all the other components. We all appreciated our delightful lunch.

Out of mandarin chicken salad, their signature dish. Espresso machine was broken. Limited menu. Got grilled cheese sandwich . Two pieces of dry toast with cold melted cheese. Horrible.

The service was very nice and attentive, and everything was exactly as we ordered. The lobster Cobb was wonderful, tho the grilled cheese needed to be a little gooier.... We enjoyed the entire experience and it's a great place to meet girlfriends for lunch!

Francia is an EXCELLENT SERVER! Made our get together that much better. The chairs in the cafe need attention. It's VERY hard to push in towards the table, and push out when exiting. SLIDERS can be added to the bottom of each leg making it easier for guests to maneuver.

I would say the food doesn’t meet the expectations of a high end store. Lacks seasonings and the price is out of line with what is served. Do not recommend. Salmon tacos were a disappointment only 2 pieces for $27 and definitely lacked flavor
