Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I’m writing to share my disappointment with the service I received today. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional, and the way customers were spoken to was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so future visits can reflect better customer care.

Amazing experience. Delicious coffee, fire matcha. Thank you Subhan for the great service. We got the caramel macchiato twice. We will come back!

I can't say good things enough about this place and the management. We've been going to this place since 2000 and we will continue to eat this place. The professionalism, the friendliness of the staff members, the food, and the atmosphere are 5 stars rating with a great food price. Get to meet Jamie and Gregg, both are like the dynamic duo and super friendly. Thank you management for having these two on your team, they are definitely an asset to your organization. I have referred many of my friends to this place and they really enjoy it. To Gregg and Jamie, again thank you for your professionalism, friendliness, and the pretty smile. To those who gave less than a 5 stars rating, please go back to McDonald's where your order are missing or getting the wrong food.

The coffee had a stronger bitterness than I prefer, but the location certainly provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind after a day of shopping at the mall. Its proximity to the restrooms adds to its convenience. Additionally, the menu features a diverse selection of food options, including salads, cookies, and sandwiches, among others, which caters to a variety of tastes.

This used to be a dependably good restaurant perfect for dining solo. The food quality was good with pleasant surroundings. Last couple of times the food has been disappointing, the tomato soup tasted sour, overcooked and flaccid chicken panini sandwich, spent $26 and left half of it on the table. Will not return.

This has to be a joke, right? The smoothies we ordered yesterday were pure sugar water. Nasty.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Nordstrom Ebar. I ordered a Super Green smoothie and a small orange juice. My rating is 5 stars due to the exceptional experience that I had with the cashier named, Colin. Although the pastry bar wasn't stocked and my drink wasn't anything to write home about, it was the customer service that would have me return. ❤️

During my walk at Tysons I stopped at the Ebar to order a smoothie and was surprised how many choices of smoothies, juices and other drinks hot and cold. Snacks also. Line was long but moving.

Ordered a protein smoothie and only issue is that they only allow 16 ounces not more larger even though they have larger sizes for all other drinks. I almost got away with a large but the host checked with someone and they said no. Even though I was willing to pay more. Only issue. Close to entrance to store and restrooms. Lots of tables and chairs.
