Dinner was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect—elegant, quiet, with beautiful lighting and great music. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Daniel, really took great care of us and provided overall amazing service.
The food was delicious overall, though a few dishes were just okay. Honestly, the real stars were the small plates—I’d definitely recommend going heavy on those. The calamari was great, the beef carpaccio was really good, and the squid ink pasta was amazing. Those were the standout dishes for sure.
And the hazelnut torta? A must-get. Absolutely delicious.
The drinks were also really good, especially with so many great mocktail options available.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it and would go again—I’d just be a bit more selective with what I order next time.

Great service. The wait person went beyond the usual to answer our questions. All the service people were hard working and helping each other. The food tasted great. The presentation of the chicken parm was perfect and the quantity was large. We went during Restaurant Week and the value for the price was excellent.

My salad came without the grilled chicken that I ordered. When it was brought on the side after I told them, it was straight from the refrigerator. The manager made me another, which I took home. He did handle it, but the damage was done as far as enjoying the dinner with friends.

This was our first visit to North Restaurant at The Boro, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant is very well maintained, clean, organized, and welcoming. The host at the door was extremely helpful and kindly seated my wife and me in a comfortable booth. Our waiter, Nathan, recommended several dishes, and every one of them was outstanding. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us, which was a very thoughtful touch, she was warm, friendly, and professional. Food, service, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant. Truly a 5-star experience. I will be back again.

Calamari was brought pretty hot and fresh off the fryer so it was very good. However the crab pasta with ricotta was disappointing. It was very soggy and heavy at the same time. I left a quarter of it.

North Tysons Italia is just a really solid Italian spot. The space feels lively but comfortable, the kind of place that works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for something a little nicer.
The food is consistently good. The pastas are cooked right, the sauces have real flavor without being heavy, and the pizza has a great crust — crisp on the outside, chewy in the middle. Nothing feels overdone or fussy. It’s food that’s clearly made by people who know what they’re doing.
Service is friendly and on top of things without hovering. Everyone knows the menu and seems to care that you’re having a good experience.
It’s the kind of restaurant you’re happy to have nearby — reliable, welcoming, and worth going back to.Parking costs too much for the area, but it is what it is!
