yesterday Sunday the April 21st we had dinner there and it was surprising we got in one of our plate a plumb of hair, so please imagine not one or 2 this was probably 20 hairs all together, the waitress was really ashamed, but I think that a manager should have come out and give us a reasonable explanation, we have been here several times before but now it was it as the response of the people there was not what we deserved after finding this, I would love to add pictures to this review but I do think that respecting other people food is important.

It took 30 minutes to get and pay for a pre-scheduled takeout order when they were almost empty, way beyond when I ordered it for. No apology or anything, they couldn't care less. They've previously gotten my doordash order wrong as well, I stopped ordering from them a year ago when they forgot my soup and I wouldn't go in person again either. Pick another location.

The food is an absolute salt bomb and obviously comes pre-cooked, which means it’s also overpriced for what they’re charging. There are plenty of other options in Tyson’s where you pay the same and get fresh food. The nutrition info page on PF Chang’s website doesn’t even work which is done on purpose by the company

Haven’t been to PF Chang’s in years. Sadly this was very disappointing. Top 3 worst meals of 2024 for me. We ordered edamame, Singapore rice noodles, and Mapo tofu. The tofu was deep fried and on a bed of broccoli like orange chicken. And the rice noodles were very overcooked with 2/10 flavor. 2 dishes, 1 app, and no drinks for over $60 wasn’t really worth it for us

First time ever to a Pf changs. I am from Connecticut, they don't really have them. Service was ok. Food was just ok, 225 dollars for 5 people. Just ok.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting PF Chang's in Tysons Galleria and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by bartender KJ. From the moment I stepped in, KJ greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Not only was KJ attentive and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and drink offerings. His attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service truly elevated my dining experience. In addition to his impeccable service, KJ also created a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, making conversation with patrons and adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Overall, I highly recommend visiting PF Chang's in Tysons Galleria and sitting at the bar to experience KJ's exceptional service firsthand. They are a true asset to the establishment and made my visit truly memorable.

I went with 6 family members. 2 were under 12, and the other were adults. No one had any complaints. The service was good and the food was good as well. The restaurant was fairly busy with a few large groups. Considering that, I would now say the service was very good.
