Unfortunately, my experience at Panda Express was disappointing. While the atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean, the food was served a bit cold and lacked the quality I expected. The service was disorganized, making the wait feel longer than it should have been. Although the staff was friendly and kept everything spotless, the food itself left a lot to be desired, especially considering the high prices. Overall, it needs some improvement to match its atmosphere.
They were extremely slow in serving people at 7:30pm on a Monday, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. I had the breaded shrimp with lo mein but I got palpitations after eating this meal. I became very bloated and still bloated the next day. I don’t know what they put in their food. Then I noticed the woman at the cash register got suspicious and lifted a bill up to inspect it after a black gentleman tried to pay with cash - As if it was counterfeit ! What a horrible way to treat a customer !!

The lady working at the register at 6:50 pm, 5/12 should never work customer service if she can’t treat people with basic decency. As someone who works also works customer service, I would never ever talk to a customer with the attitude and disrespect that she did. PandaExpress do better to train your employees or maybe try hiring nice people.

About 30 to 35 minutes ago my boyfriend and I were eat my boyfriend noticed a huge rat and I turned my head was freaking out and my boyfriend went and told the employee she got mad and upset about it and my boyfriend let the other staff know about it and they shrugged it off like it was nothing I’m disgusted and I never got finish my meal I’m letting my friends and family be aware not to come to this specific Panda Express.
