I had a great experience at Panda Express in Tysons Corner Mall. The food is always fresh, but what truly makes this location special is Marie. She works incredibly hard yet always greets customers with a big smile and a positive attitude. She genuinely cares about everyone who comes to the counter and makes you feel welcomed. Her kindness and energy brighten the whole place. Thank you, Marie, for making each visit such a pleasant one!

I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for years, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The store was poorly organized and seemed to prioritize online orders at the expense of customers waiting in line. There were about eight people ahead of me, and I waited nearly 20 minutes to order the side I want. There is only one nice lady taking everyone’s side order. But no one was there to get the entree for us. Everyone else was busy preparing the online order and completely ignored us. There are like 4 or 5 people waiting in front of me to get the entree. And I was shocked to find that most of the popular entrees were completely gone — no orange chicken, kung pao chicken, black pepper chicken, or broccoli beef, leaving only teriyaki chicken and a few spring rolls for us in line. It was dinner time — a peak period — and it’s reasonable to expect the kitchen to be prepared with fresh batches ready to restock. This kind of experience makes it hard to justify coming back to this location.

This is my second time eating here and again disappointed. They give you small portion for pretty penny and not even full when it's all over with. I won't be coming here again. There are so many other options in the Tyson's eatery

I really like this Panda Express. It’s honestly one of my favorite Eateries in the entire mall. It’s far from Authentic Chinese food by any metric, but honestly that’s ok by me. Sometimes all you really need is some orange chicken on fried rice and some cream cheese rangoon. It’s delicious, filling and downright comforting. Also the service is very efficient. Just tell them what you want, pay and then you can take your food and eat with practically no wait. I definitely recommend this location if you’re fond of Shopping mall Chinese food and are looking for something good to eat at the mall.
