Peking Imperial Chinese Restaurant

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We loved this place a lot and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say the customer service is always good and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Fantastic meals and atmosphere.

Ordered Beef and Scallop and found a wire in the food and the beef was so tough. The owner really wasn't that concerned.

Delicious chinese food. My most favorite spot. I have looked for spots in Sterling, Reston and Herndon and none can compare or even come close.

If I could give this no stars I would. Today my family and I went to this restaurant. First, there was no staff in sight anywhere. Second, the dining room was a ghost town. Third, we stood there in the front for about 10 minutes without seeing anyone. My grandfather, with his walker, went partially into the dining area and literally started yelling, "HELLO!!? ANYONE HOME!?!". He did this about 5 times, waiting a few minutes in between yells. No one ever came, so we left. Not sure what happened to this place, but it used to be good... well.. several years ago anyway.

Not at all the same place I’ve loved for 30 years. A drastic change. Sad.

Just got a 19 dollar charge from this restaurant which I have never been to. I’ve called them a total of 7 times already today within their open hours and it always rings with no answer then I get hung up on.

Absolutely HORRIBLE restaurant. The owner of the restaurant is disrespectful and will hang up on your phone calls immediately if you are not ordering food. Customer service is HORRENDOUS. This restaurant needs to work on customer service if you want to continue your nasty business.

The food was not bad. The service however was totally non-existent. I should have realized something was not right when I walked in during lunch hour on a Friday and no one was in the place. But despite the fact no one but me was there (well two other people did come after me) it took 15 minutes to get a menu, 20 minutes get to order, 20 minutes to get the food and I finally had to leave a big tip because I could not find anyone to pay the bill to and had to leave cash at the table. I was running way late and had been in there for 1:45 minutes.

Outstanding food, super friendly staff. My wife and I discovered this place a few months ago and it is now our go-to Chinese place. We love it! The best part is the consistency and the care of the food preparation. You can tell that the cooks know what they are doing and they take care in preparing your meal. It really shows. Fantastic!
