Create Your Own pizzas were great as always! Lots of toppings options. The salad also had a great number of options, I would have liked a little more lettuce, thats why 4 vs 5 stars.

Never had a bad pie from this &pizza location. Staff are usually very polite and helpful, but sometimes aloof; so maybe they’re stretched thin. Big room for improvement in wait times compared to other pizza places and compared to the other Foggy Bottom and Barracks Row &pizzas that I frequent. I’ve just waited in store for twenty minutes longer than the original pickup time for the second time in a row. That’s often the case—and what I hear repeated by other folks who frequent this location. They’ll sometimes only *start* making your pizza even when you come in well after the estimated pickup time.

It’s my first time in the USA and I have tried many restaurant chains and &pizza was ONE OF THE BEST pizza places I have been to! The environment was clean, the staff specially Dylan and Cornell were beyond professional and nice, and I can’t even explain how good the pizza was. It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. Went in today and the music was so loud you couldn’t hear your phone even if it was on speaker with max volume. I had to sit outside in 35 degree weather to get away from the overly loud music. I shouldn’t need earplugs just to eat my pizza
