I’m order this morning the club sandwich whit chicken and they give me the wrong ídem this is inaceptable

Great service. Fast processing of orders often ready in 5 mins or less.

Way too much spinach on the calzone. Took almost 20 min and the place was deserted... the cashier rep used his hands arrogantly to direct us where to order and where to pay. Lastly...the price for the calzones are not worth going back again.

Santini’s had been a go-to place for years but tonight they clearly forgot about my order and first served a dozen people who came in after me. A calzone does not take a half hour to make but when they realized I hadn’t been served yet, they scrambled to make my calzone. The manager and staff were unapologetic about forgetting me and my long wait for my order. You shouldn’t have to remind the staff - a few times - that you ordered something. And the staff shouldn’t be rude when you call them on it. Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered a steak and cheese online for pick up and upgraded to 12” like usual. Went to go pick it up and the girl behind the register just stared at me; no greetings or anything. I said I was here for a pick up, she responds “online?” And I say yes. Without another word she points to the end of the counter. I pick up my food and have a gut feeling something is going to be wrong based on the customer service provided. I get home and open the sub to find that half of it is missing the meat. It seems like they began preparing the 8” and realized that it was actually 12” so they just scooped up the contents and tossed it into the larger bun. Usually the sub is thick and overflowing. Today is was flat and pathetic. Makes me want to not order from here anymore if the customer service is lackluster and the food is inconsistent

They charged $8 for exactly 6 mini Mozzarella sticks which is crazy. The cheese pizza was slightly worse than mediocre (best described as bland)
