First time here. Got the steak n cheese and Santini fries. Pretty good. ?

Not a big fan. Nothing wrong with this place, just not my favorite but it'll do in a pinch.
Atmosphere - I just hate the faux NYC signage and pics.

Got customers trying to pick up orders or place them and you got the whole front line talking about non work related stuff and ignoring a line forming....

We ordered the Godfather, Italian and Cheesesteak. Taste of all three subs was average but service was good.

To go order of some cold cut subs. Fresh meats and a large menu. Busy on a Friday night. Staff was welcoming and food was great

There was a rude employee soke to manager about issue he stated this not the first time with this employee. Recommend that submit a complaint in which i did.
On a good note as a new Yorker I feel like back at home with big slices of pizza we call it the "pizza flop" great food love the calzones and the heros.

Beautiful

Used to be very good. This time, I received two slices of dry rye bread with a smidgeon of meat. Nothing else. No mayo, mustard, pickle or lousy bag of chips! All for $18.00

The staff members are amazing and the make feel special like a family member

It's amazing how this place is still in business. The attitude of the workers and management shows that they're not being trained and/or paid well. Also, the portion sizes for their sandwiches are a joke. How on earth does this place have six locations in NOVA when they have no clue how to make real NY Deli style food with big portions (large stuffed sandwiches filled with meat). They should bring back the Chicken Out that was here in this spot a quarter century ago. At least they made some decent food that wasn't ultra high processed junk.
