I liked the fruit topping and I liked the tea. They have waffle cone ice cream options as well, but I didn’t try them this time.The staff were nice and patient. They also gave a lot of suggestions like what is ordered a lot and what they like, that kind of thing. They took my order and made my tea fairly quickly.Overall, solid service and solid boba tea. If I'm really craving boba and it's the closest one, I probably will stop by.

The rolled ice cream here is great and tasty and you even get 3 free toppings. For the quantity you get it's not badly priced considering it's in Tyson's but still a bit high.

This dessert is amazing!I came by the other night and tried a Cup 1Mango.This is just an amazing combination.Unlike anything I have ever had.Try it!You will absolutely be hooked!It makes your tongue tingle!I have more visits!This cup one is just amazing!I highly recommend this place!It is amazing stuff!The Cup one is shown and my favorite so far!

I recently visited Sawadika Ice Cream and overall had a positive experience. The ice cream was great and tasted really good, with a variety of interesting flavors to choose from. However, there was one issue that brought down my rating to 4 stars - the smell of the milk. I noticed that the milk sitting out had a strong odor that I didn't find very appealing. While it didn't seem to impact the flavor of the ice cream, it was a bit off-putting and detracted from the overall experience.That being said, everything else was spot on. The ice cream wasn't too sweet and had just the right amount of creaminess, and the toppings were fresh and added a nice texture to each bite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere of the shop was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend checking out SAWADIKA ICE CREAM for a sweet treat, just be prepared for the strong smell of the milk.

Their hours are wrong. It's literally my birthday and they said they are closed because they "shut down the system". Customer service maybe? Sad.

I wondered why this was the only place at the mall without a line. This place was empty and there was a reason for it. I ordered their rolled oreo ice-cream and boba taro milk. The quality and flavor of both were not good. This is the first time I'm not able to drink a boba tea. Tasted like watered down milk with so much sugar and the boba wasn't good either. The rolled ice-cream was the same, sugary milk with not much flavor and they were very very stingy with the toppings. I felt aick after drinking a quarter if the tea. Do not recommend at all.

But well worth the voyage.Location - 1st floor, close to Bloomingdales on a center stand alone island/kiosk.If you are familiar with Thai rolled ice cream it is exactly what you expect, but they also have some very authentic toppings and flavors.If you are not familiar with Thai ice cream you should go here and get familiar.They also have some typical bubble tea with those fun juicy boba that pop!
