Restaurant was dirty. You order at kiosks. To order a beer your have to Flag someone down in the kitchen to verify your age. I cycled through 3 people before I found someone who knew the code.

Service is just horrible. The people that work here act like they don't enjoy their job. Nothing is cleaned up, ketchup cups were empty and attitude when you ask for something. I gave the food a 1 star since the service was so bad it made the food not so good either

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant due to extremely poor cleanliness and hygiene. The kitchen was in an unacceptable condition, with food scattered all over the floor. The staff’s aprons were very dirty and covered with food stains, and their gloves were greasy and oily, which is very unsafe and unsanitary.

After my friends bought the food and I went to get ketchup, I saw this disturbing situation and immediately threw the food away. When I opened it, I found that the food was soaked in oil and grease and was not properly cooked or prepared.

This experience was disgusting and very disappointing. I strongly hope that strict action will be taken to ensure proper cleanliness and food safety for customers.

Atmosphere is not really a thing at this location since it’s attached to the mall, but overall service was great! An employee even came out before our order was submitted to check on us! Great food and shakes, as always!
