Best Burger spot!

The staff at Shake Shack were noticeably rude and slow, which made the entire dining experience frustrating. When I arrived, I was ignored at the register for several minutes while two employees talked to each other and scrolled on their phones. Even after finally placing my order, it took over 25 minutes to get a simple burger and fries, despite the store being nearly empty. This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and customer service, showing that the staff either weren’t trained properly or just didn’t care. Overall, the unhelpful attitude and sluggish pace turned what should’ve been a quick, enjoyable meal into an irritating waste of time.

Additionally, the way the staff interacted with customers was dismissive and unwelcoming. For example, when another customer politely asked about a missing item from their order, the cashier rolled their eyes and muttered something under their breath instead of offering a solution. This kind of response is unacceptable in any service environment, especially one that claims to pride itself on quality and hospitality. Such interactions create a negative atmosphere and discourage customers from returning. In short, the rude service and painfully slow speed made it clear that Shake Shack needs to seriously reevaluate its staff training and expectations.

Mid Shack. Plenty of better burger options elsewhere.

While the chicken is pretty good the quality of the place and service in general needs some help. We ordered soft drinks and they were given to us warm and with no ice. I asked after we received the order if we could get ice and they said they were out. There were only tables outside available to sit at so a $4 warm “iced” tea was not very refreshing. We had to go back to ask for straws as well… come on! The cleanliness of the tables was sub standard as well.

Had dinner at this Shake Shack, cheeseburger, fries, with a banana pudding flavored shake. Food is really good, a bit pricy but satisfying.

We won't be eating at Shack Shack burger anymore. Love the service and Atmosphere but the value for the burgers are poor. The size of the burgers are like kids size and overpriced. The burger taste OK but for the price I would expect more. They don't have combos which makes additional charges on top of expensive burgers. Their chick bites were so greasy that we didn't eat them. Once again, if the burgers are worth it i don't mind paying the price but it was not.

Hamburger was not bad, chocolate shake good, but krinkle cut fries are a) never very good anywhere by default and b) somewhat off-putting when served cold. Seriously ShakeShack, you can't figure out how to keep your fries warm for pick-up? At these prices? I am demanding a refund because they were inedible. Do better.

Consistent and okay service, but even when visiting an hour before closing, it didn’t feel as inviting to have a seat and enjoy your burger. Ordering was mostly done via tablets. There are no toilets on the premises, so it’s a bit of a trek to find them—they’re located inside the shopping mall since this location is a bit smaller compared to other Shake Shacks I’ve visited. The burger was decent and very consistent, and the fries were fresh and piping hot, which is always a great feeling.

Vegetarian options: There are very few options for vegetarians.

The staff was so friendly to me. The food was AMAZING. Overall a 10/10 experience. The customer service is top notch!

The staff was amazing, great attitude, every single one was really friendly and happy. We ended up eating by a group having a staff meeting and that interaction was wonderful. When we talked to them it was so obvious that they were quite happy and loved the company, we were so impressed!! Some of them had been with the company for over 10 years and the fact that they spoke so fondly about it was heartwarming. The food was delicious!!! The burger well seasoned but not too much, the buns super soft, the fries crunchy, and the seasonal shakes inventive and yummy!! All in all, the experience was outstanding and we will be back!!

Dining room was dirty, one of the orders was incorrect, soft drinks (Dr Pepper) had a bleach/disinfectant type taste, burgers were small and sloppy wet, shack sauce was bland

Outstanding customer service!! Manager Malek is customer oriented and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience! He is why folks come back to Shake Shack.
