I LOVE MILLY. She is such a sweet lady. Also, very beautiful at that. Her sense of style shows through her jewelry and I really feel like the way she treated me wasn't just customer service. She really is just a good person. She is so patient and so friendly. That's the type of people that belong in customer service!! She is an ideal hire.

I also believe that Sheila hires off of looks because the team I was served by was very beautiful. If I were a requiter, I'd hire them all to model! The two baristas were also very helpful. And *very* good looking. The stunning Asian girl who made my Cappuccino made sure it was extra dry like I asked and was so kind about it. With Milly, I had forgot to ask for extra dry and decaf, so the asian girl had already made it like a regular Cappuccino. But when I asked for a remake, she did so without looking at me like I was the worst person in the world lolz 😆 she just smiled, marked the wrong drink, and asked the handsome Samoan guy to help her make it.

I really did feel like I was at a host bar like they do in Japan. Each person I interacted with was so friendly. Milly was my favourite because I got to chat with her most. I look forward to my next visit!!

I had a rough day so I decided to treat myself to some cake and I got Opera and matcha green latter(which was amazing but I pictured regular green tea instead)I originally wanted tiramisu but pieces so huge I was concerned to overeat and calories too.Its overpriced of course like really is.The Asian lady at the cashier is such a sweetheart,I am writing this just for her.I cant imagine how many people she sees a day she is so patient and helpful 🩷

Expertly made coffee drinks, fresh baked pastries, cakes, fruit tarts, breads, boba, desserts, and more! It is located on the second lot of the mall tucked in a corner near the Kiehls store. There are small tables to relax and enjoy your treats. Relaxing music plays inside. It is a nice place to work and snack. They also carry breakfast pastries. I like how the sweetness of their baked goods are just right. If you need a quick pick-me-up after work or while shopping, this is a great place!

Always sweet and nice staff that sometimes gives free sample since I work in the mall. They make some of the best iced lattes in the area for me, for a decent price point. Never too sweet with good bitterness for $6 is a steal for iced lattes in my opinion. Will always support an accessible coffee shop with tasty menus.

The taste of pastries are great, I come back this place regularly, The sliced cake especially mango mouse are fantastic! I like custard bread (custard filled bread), rolled cake and tuna bread.
The atmosphere is O.K because of the part of the large shopping mall, it can be a little noisy due to the people in the mall. Otherwise, I continue to shop their products.

Cakes were extremely sweet. I mean, mindbogglingly sweet. Other than that, selection of baked goods seemed okay, again, mostly focussed on sweet products, but there were savory items that we liked. Atmosphere was modern (bland).
