I think I ordered a Frappuccino with everything. The ladies who made my drink were absolutely a pleasure to talk to while I waited for my drink. I love this Starbucks cause my orders are always made perfectly and the baristas are full of smiles.

This Starbucks in general has very bad service. They almost always don’t have enough employees to attend. Many times they don’t have the menu item or sizes. And they also don’t accept our cups that we bring. If we bring our own cup, they make the drink in a plastic cup and then pour it in our cup. Whats the point of bringing our cup? To save the plastic cup waste!

Unfortunately you never know what you’re going to get when you visit this store. There’s only one qualified person that actually knows how the make the drinks correctly - everyone else just fails miserably. It’s so convenient to my apartment with a 2 minute walk, but I would rather drive to another Starbucks location to actually get what I paid for. They are always out of a lot of stuff - one time they didn’t even have coffee!! Starbucks needs to help this store out…!!
