Terrible service and bad drinks. It’s a joke.

I got in line at 8:30am. There was 2 people ahead of me. I got my 2 lattes at at 9:20am.I wish you had a sign up telling people that it's a 50 minute wait for 2 lattes.

The store was supposed to be open at 6am, arrived at 6:30 to get some coffee. No one was around. Asked an HT employee, someone was supposed to be there, but the next scheduled person was not due to arrive until 7am. I am giving thumbs down since there was no one there to service a few of us that were there waiting. They need to get their employees schedules on track. Everything is back to normal now.

Waited for 10 minutes at the counter and no barista showed up here at 8:15. Would’ve liked to have my coffee while grocery shopping but now I’ll have to do that and go to Dunkin instead what happened to customer service.

There's nothing wrong with this Starbucks, It's a great facility, Spoiled people always complain, Go to the 7-11 or Dunkin if you wanna cry. ?Parking: Excellent!!!

I think I ordered a Frappuccino with everything. The ladies who made my drink were absolutely a pleasure to talk to while I waited for my drink. I love this Starbucks cause my orders are always made perfectly and the baristas are full of smiles.

I ordered impossible sandwich this morning and apple crisp oat milk macchiato ( hot). First of all my sandwich got burned and my drink doesn’t taste the same. I know how it tastes because I get it all the time at other stores. Please whoever was there needs to do better.

this is by far the worst starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve tried several times bc it’s closer but this unfortunately will be my last time. Daria is extremely slow. today there was a new girl and instead of her helping make the drinks while the new girl took orders she sat around snacking and watching me be more and more frustrated. im once again late for work bc of their lack of ergency. Never again.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Can you imagine of waiting more than 30 mins to get a latte? They just have one person work there, and this person is super slow. She can't multitask on taking order, making drinks, and food. She also can't remember what you ordered and who ordered first. At least 2 people after me got their drinks first. I see other people were all frustrated of waiting there.This Starbucks is in the Harris Teeter, not sure whether Starbucks or Harris Teeter manage this place. Definitely need more training on the staff and add more people can work together.
