Ordered a Decaf Americano. I was given old drip coffee. The Russian spy thought I am a colored person and would not figure it out??. Little did she know that this is my daily drink but not from this nasty and dirty location. Unfortunately I reached home before I tasted it. Once, I tasted it, the coffee was old, which is not surprising. I placed in the trash, the typical place for SB drip coffee! Never trust the spies working here always check your drink before leaving and if possible avoid this location.

Very rude and and disrespectful employees, chose to make a friends drink over my order place 2 customers ahead and then walked away to talk to that person. Then a very unhappy looking co-worker had to finish the drinks that were not completed causing my order to be out after other patrons who ordered after me. So much for being quick, go to a Dunkin instead of this place.

Just about every drink I've gotten from here has been made wrong. My company was holding our training here, so of course everyone wanted to get Starbucks. The women who work here are kind of rude and definitely lazy. Ive worked at a few Starbucks before (corporate and licensed) so I know this kind of service is unacceptable. It just blows my mind that I actually had to teach one of the batistas how to make a drink.... definitely don't recommend coming to this location. Just go to the Paris Baguette across the street, much better quality and service.
