Wifi was not working and when I reported that to the staff they brushed me off claiming that since their registers are working then wifi is working. I am in IT and know networking very well and was able to prove to myself that their wifi router was not connected to the internet. I asked two staff members again and they ignored me. If they were nicer and didn't completely brush me off I'd give the place 5 stars since it's a new location and is well decorated and...
Employees are always very friendly, and the atmosphere can be a welcome change from the offices upstairs. Great service as far as Starbucks locations go. Good location for informal coffee meetings. (You can't redeem rewards here, that's no different than any other non Starbucks company operated location.)
