Stupid service ever!!! Charged me the wrong item and did not refund me the right way. Very stupid and disappointed. Even refused to prove the record for this mistakes. Waste time and money stopping by!!!!!

the worker dug his hands in my drink to get the ice out when i asked for light ice and gave it to me half filled because “they don’t fill it up because ice is what fills up the drink” wouldn’t do anything about my drink either

The older black guy with graying facial hair that works there has a real attitude problem. Dealt with him twice and that's enough. I would rather drive to another Starbucks than walk over there and give them my money. Time for this branch to close and for a certain someone to be out of a job!

Came in around 6:30 and there was only one worker who was basically closing up. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie and was told Starbucks doesn’t sell them anymore. I bought coffees and ended up going to the bakery and bought cookies for my kids. I asked if she would be able to warm them up and was told the machine was turned off. The Starbucks hours show they close at 7 but this woman made the comment of having to close up at 6:30 in order to be out by 7. Also looked it up online and there is nothing showing Starbucks has stopped selling chocolate chip cookies. If you don’t want service after 6:30 put a sign up.

I ordered a citrus drink but received something else. I politely told the barista, who insisted it was correct. When I explained again, he became visibly annoyed, poured it out aggressively, and made a new one. I even showed him a picture for clarity, but he responded unprofessionally. This barista seemed disengaged and didn't reflect Starbucks' usual standards.

I mean it’s Starbucks. Nice people; they have the mini VA and DC cups! The summer skies drink is really liquid cotton candy. It’s too sweet.

Dingy, unkempt, abandoned. My wife wasn't feeling well so I walked from my hotel to the Safeway in which this StarBlech is housed. I had purchased some food & other stuff to help my wife feel better. Last on the list was a cup of steaming hot chai tea latte for the trifecta. It wasn't to be. As I walked up the counter, I noticed the barista walking away. I stood there a minute until I saw a hand-scrawlded note saying "On break. Back at 6:15." It was 5:54 and I needed to walk back to the hotel with the other goodies. As I walked out, I noticed the barista with their head down on one off the tables. People deserve their breaks. But Safeway management needs to go better on ensuring coverage for those times versus a "too bad, better luck next time" type message.

The older man never got the order right; I asked for a hot latte, and he gave me a black coffee; I told him to correct the order and just poured milk over the black coffee; I just noticed when I got home and was so angry about it.
