One star. Ordered a grande, got half coffee, half foam. Syrup all clumped at the bottom, not even stirred. Paid full price for what looks like someone's failed science project. Skip this Starbucks unless you want disappointment with extra milk.

Makes no sense that a store this size wouldn’t have a drive through

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the DMV. The space is huge, with an upstairs area and even a fireplace, so it never feels cramped the way some cafés do. They recently renovated it and the new setup is great, really clean and modern without losing that cozy feeling.

The staff is genuinely friendly too. They always say hi when you walk in and goodbye when you leave, which sounds small but makes the place feel welcoming. Parking is super easy and convenient, which I appreciate more than I probably should.
There’s also a wheelchair ramp, and the whole layout feels thoughtful and accessible.

All around, just a really comfortable place to sit, work, or take a breather. I keep coming back.

As many have noted, the staff at this particular Starbucks is BEYOND CLUELESS... Service is TERRIBLE. And BAD ATTITUDE.

This Starbucks location features a standalone two-story building with a high ceiling, spacious interior, and plenty of parking. Unfortunately, during my visit, they did not have matcha lattes available, so I opted for their standard latte drinks, which met my expectations in terms of flavor. While the service was satisfactory, I believe a bit more attention to cleanliness could enhance the coffee experience in this pleasant space.

Probably the best and nicest Starbucks I’ve been lately! Staffs were very nice and super speedy! They were definitely seems happier than any other location staffs I’ve seen! Give them a raise!

I ordered an iced coffee this morning on the app not realizing that I messed up my order. I added way too much syrup and while I waited in the store to pick it up, the employee walked around to all his coworkers holding the cup loudly saying look at this. I go there frequently and he knew it was for me, he could have asked me if I meant for it to be made like that but instead he chose to embarrass me in front of the other customers.

I come to this Starbucks frequently since it's the only restaurant near my work. I went in this morning 9-16-24 to pick up my coffee. I wasn't aware that my coworker that ordered it messed up the amount of sugar. I watched as the guy making it went to every single employee loudly laughing at my order instead of asking me for clarification.
