I really enjoy going to this Starbucks. I like to spend my time studying here and found that their upstairs seating area is the perfect place to do so. On weekends you will commonly find other students studying as well so this is the perfect atmosphere to get work done. The workers here are also kind and even offered samples during my stay.

The bearded man who wears a dress, whom I assume is the manager, refused to take my $100 bill as payment. Is excuse was that he didn't have change, but he didn't even check the change drawer... Pretty sure that was a lie. I'm not sure I wanted him handling my drink anyhow.

Really bad drinks sums it up. Milk is over steamed and sour, espresso is bitter. Iced Americano was so watered down right when I picked it up already. I am the idiot who goes back. Have to quit. Also they make cappuccinos like heavy lates. Can’t foam the milk.

Nice, big Starbucks, with some seating outside and a large upstairs. Good when you need a place to work for a few hours. Solid WiFi. Air conditioning is a little brisk and music is a little loud on the upper level, but that doesn't impact my recommendation of this as a great location.

Grew up less than .5 mile away from this Starbucks and went to it constantly. I get a coffee with hazelnut and half and half. I don’t know what’s going on these days but the passed two times I went the coffee was pure milk and undrinkable. I gave one back they gave me a gift card so I went back and it was the same thing. I dumped the coffee and left. It’s not even a difficult order I don’t understand. If I wanted a cup of flavored milk that’s what I would have asked for. Very disappointing guess I’ll be driving over to downtown for my Starbucks now.
Love this place for being able to work, and meet new people. As well as service being amazing!

This place is known in my circles as the 2-story starbucks. Great place to telework. There is a fireplace upstairs (but not a restroom) and now a patio outside with astroturf flooring. I remember it being closer to McLean and major roads but its kinda out there by nova standards.

these guys are f****** rockstars. i work in the plaza and they get suchhhh a high volume of customers on a daily basis; between the hours of 7-10am it's so packed. yet somehow, they always get my order right, always make it perfect, greet you with a smile, and overall they're very kind and good at their jobs. thank you to all of the morning staff for single-handedly making me a starbucks lover, a feat failed by so many others. at a place like this, where the prices are kind of high, it's really really nice to be able to get your moneys worth and be treated kindly. again, i cannot thank you all enough!!

This store is located in a very wealthy area with all white staff that is not very attentive with customers, they are just like robots working with mobile orders but no put attention to people.

Not my favorite Starbucks. I was here on vacation and stopped in for my current favorite. Ordered a Venti Mango dragon fruit. My friend ordered the same. Both cups were not full and the dragon fruit pieces were lacking. The flavor seemed off.I heard my name called for my order, but didn't see my order. They have a great display in front of the store for mobile pickup. If you order in person, your drink goes to the back...on a cluttered back counter next to things they are prepping like tea and drink base containers and empty shakers. So weird.I don't live here so I'm not coming back. But it was definitely not a great experience.
