This is a decent location, but for the love of God please have more than 1 person on bar in the morning. I hate coming in and seeing one poor person struggling to make all the drinks while order pile up.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Starbucks in Tysons Corner was so frustrating I felt I had to say something. I placed an online order to save time, but when I arrived, not only was my drink not ready, but the staff was incredibly rude when I politely asked about it.

They seemed annoyed just by my presence and brushed me off without even checking the system properly. One employee actually rolled their eyes and told me, “We don’t have that right now,” with zero apology or offer for a replacement. Why let people order something online if it’s not available?

What made it worse was the attitude — no one took responsibility, and there was no effort to resolve the issue. I understand mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience. This location seriously needs a management reset. I won’t be coming back.

It was so hot outside and I was walking but they said I had to buy something to just get some tap water. I bought coffee from Starbucks earlier this morning. Will not be buying coffee from Starbucks anymore.

Most staff out of any starbucks ive been too. Absolutely the slowest service. Staff just mingling while ppl wait to place orders, and drinks taking forever despite it not being busy. Woeful

I have ordered at this Starbucks many times and have always had lack of drink. Almost $6 for them to not fill my entire cup up? I ask for light ice and I guess that means light drink…this is ridiculous and very disappointing that they think this is acceptable.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations across different states, but this one had some of the rudest employees I’ve encountered. After waiting in line and getting my food and drink, I asked for a glass of water because I was extremely thirsty and starting to get a headache. Instead of simply handing me a cup, a barista told me I had to get back in the long line—just for tap water, which would have taken her only a few seconds to provide.
I didn’t bother waiting again in a long line, but what stood out was how she smiled with her coworker, almost as if she felt accomplished for refusing to take five seconds to hand me a cup of water.
If this is a policy at this location, it should be clearly posted at the entrance so customers know to ask for water when placing their order. At every other Starbucks I’ve visited, I’ve never been denied a glass of water or asked to wait in line again.
Kindness and respect go a long way, but unfortunately, you won’t find them here. If you visit this location, remember to ask for water when you order.

I needed to take medication and asked a staff for a cup of water and they told me I needed to purchase something. I don't ask for water all the time. I asked other locations and they gave me a cup.

Stopped by for some breakfast. The staff were very friendly and warm. The double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich was good quality, and my mocha was made well

Never ever seem to get my order right. Today, like every-time, I order a coffee with cream and a croissant. EVERY TIME SOMEONE ORDERS AFTER ME AND GETS THEIR ORDER BEFORE ME.
Today, after OVER 30 minutes, I walked out after a lippy “barista” told me online orders ALWAYS come after register orders.
I ORDER WITH THE APP BECAUSE I WAS TOLD ALL ORDERS WERE IN THE SAME QUEUE. I never got my coffee after 30+ minutes. ONE OF THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THIS REALITY.

Edit: The response from the manager was lifeless and gave me a web-link to nowhere. Genius move....
