Mel the barista was the cashier for me and she was fantastic, she was so nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I could tell she loves her job and was genuine. Best Starbucks barista I’ve had :)
The cashier seemed somewhat short with me couldn't even handle me my sandwich which she did for the person in front of me. I think customer service should be universal not jist fir regulars or people you think should be treated as ted appropriately. She's the tall woman with the ponytail do better.
This is a decent location, but for the love of God please have more than 1 person on bar in the morning. I hate coming in and seeing one poor person struggling to make all the drinks while order pile up.
