Horrible management at this location (the tall male "manager")! I wanted salmon and potato, and I was told that I had to order the whole bowl. Why!? Here are the pictures from my other visit a few weeks ago (what I didn't post back then). Does it really cost 14$!? Request to upper management.. please hire someone more knowledgeable and customer-oriented (I am talking only about the tall male "manager" and not about other employees). I am always happy with my visits at different Sweetgreen locations.

Food is actually great. What’s a tragedy is how small the salad portions have become over the years, all while prices have gone up. I’ve been a Sweetgreen customer from the beginning (10 plus years). It used to be my favorite restaurant and I’d have lunch there almost every day. In fact, I was at the highest levels of their old loyalty program cause I spent over $2,500/year eating salads at Sweetgreen. Now I avoid it only because the portions are ridiculously small and keep getting smaller. It’s just not worth it anymore. Such a shame.

Got horrific food poisoning from the shroomami bowl. This after ordering from them two times before and the first time receiving frozen lettuce and the second time receiving the wrong order. Almost being hospitalized with food poisoning though is definitely the third strike.

I ordered 2 same salads from them online. Went in, picked them up and go home. When we opened them, one had chicken and the other one didn’t!! A heads up that they don’t care about online orders. (Or they do and do that intentionally, which is even worse)

First time here. Got the Carmelized Garlic Steak. YUMMY!!! And at only 860 calories and 31g of protein how can you go wrong? Sounds and tastes like Sweetgreen really has the edge on "Healthy Fast Food". Lol!!!?????

I ordered Doordash delivery and again the bowl was barely filled halfway, especially in comparison to previous experiences from other Sweetgreens. They also forgot my avocado with no explanation why. They also frequently forget my lemon squeeze when I order from here.
