This is a new branch of The Cheesecake Factory. The food is very good and Jonathan did an excellent job serving my table. Besides the obviously cheesecakes, the also have other very tempting desserts!

We’ve been to different locations in various states and never had an issue. This location was not up to the usual standard.
We originally called to make reservations; this location does not do reservations. We were a party of 8 with a toddler and they said we could leave a name and wait approximately an hour.
Two tables on the outer seating area were close to each other, but a walkway was going to be between the two tables for the servers. We asked about if there was a way our whole party could sit at one table or tables pushed together. They said they don’t allow that.
Staff was very slow. Drinks from the bar took a very long time, soft drinks ran dry and stayed dry until we had to ask other staff for refills.
Many dishes that we ordered tasted “off”. The flavor profiles were not the same as other locations we’ve had.
We asked to speak to a manager when one of our party broke out in hives. We explained we are still trying to find her allergen and just wanted the list of ingredients for her doctor. We also tried addressing the services being slower than normal, the quality of the food, and how we “couldn’t” be sat together.
The manager stated we actually COULD have been sat as a whole party inside, but “our staff doesn’t like to do that”.
We received our checks and were charged 18% gratuities even though we weren’t treated as one party. There was no concern for our guest that was having an allergic reaction. Nothing was done to mitigate this situation.
When asked to speak with a manager again, the wait staff rolled their eyes. The original manager was caught by one of our party saying “I’m not dealing with them again, it’s your turn.” A new manager came and removed the gratuity.
There were never apologies made for being lied to that we couldn’t sit together, no concern for a customer having an allergic reaction, and no concern for being rude to customers. Will not be returning to this location.
I’d recommend Coastal Flats right across the walkway.

Was here last night for birthday dinner and I was almost confused if there was even any seasoning? I couldn’t even taste any cheese. It was a busy night and that clearly reflected on the food

Staff handled our group well.
The Cheesecake Factory at Tysons Corner Center is fantastic! The menu has so many delicious options, the portions are generous, and the cheesecakes are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the service is friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for a meal with family or friends — highly recommended!

The food is good and a good value. HOWEVER, they have moved since the last time I was there (pre-covid). I did curbside pickup. Don't believe Google maps as to where to go. Then don't believe the first sign you see that says, "curbside pickup". Then if you call them for help you are in good shape IF you have been to this mall recently and know the mall. If not, the verbal instructions got me to the correct side of the building, but I took the words of the person at the other end of the call literally and the food and I were about 200 feet apart for about 15 minutes as we each watched for the other. They need MUCH better signs outside and better instructions in the app used to guide you to the pickup point. If you use this mall all the time, go for it and enjoy. If not pick a different Cheesecake Factory location or a different restaurant for that night's pick up meal.
This is a cheesecake place but their dinner options are great, even for vegetarians. Service is always great, everything taste good, now we just have to come back one time for their... cheesecakes.

Was hoping for more grace as I visited with a small child who is disabled. Unfortunately host was rude and impatient with me. Im a single mom and it took me a little time to get settled in before she complained about my stroller to another waitress who also asked me to move my stroller. It was maybe 10-12 people dinning inside really slow day. Was very surprised to be harassed about my stroller especially since I explained to the host that I needed it open for my disabled child and I had not been in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes. Not kid friendly. Not disability friendly. Overall not friendly atmosphere.
