Went recently and we waited for almost an hour at the table (no bread either) before they told all customers to leave due to kitchen technical difficulties. I had an email for a birthday cheesecake slice too, which they did not honor as they escorted everyone out. The staff seemed very confused and had an odd demeanor and did not tend to their tables. What a waste of time. (The next day we went to the fair oaks location and was so much better)

I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory and am a regular customer, at least once a month. However, in the past 7-8 months, the Tyson location has not been that great at all. Therefore, I will try to avoid this restaurant location only as much as I can, especially since the Tyson area offers a variety of excellent quality food services.
Service: Some servers are not hospitable, they could come across as rude and uninterested in providing good customer service.
Wait Time: I have had to wait for long periods for my food to arrive or serving the food for my party within ~15-20 min of each other. My little girl had to wait for about 15 min for her food after I received my food, which I have to share with her anyway after the long wait.
Food Quality: The food quality has also noticeably declined, with some dishes tasting bland, overcooked, or undercooked. Food is not consistent; the ingredients and the presentation keep changing. It's like every time I go there, I am in for surprises, frustration, and disappointments.
Online reservation: I absolutely love using it, and it's very convenient and easy to use.

Absolutely love the new Cheesecake Factory location at Tyson’s!! Clean, sleek, and beautiful - this location is now the best in the area. They brought the staff from the og location and the vibes couldn’t be better. Came here late for a bottle of wine and the bartenders and servers seemed genuinely happy to be there. Our server destiny was also so sweet. Thank you for a great experience!

This is my first time coming to The Cheese Cake Factory. I never get to stop by one. This time, I had the time to stop and check them out. This one in Tysons' corner mall is huge. The menu is very big with all kinds of food to choose from. We got greeted and seated right away. The waitress was on point. The sweet tea was great. The bacon burger was stacked with bacon. Fries were crispy and hot. The salmon was cooked, right. It was tender and juicy. The mashed potatoes were good. I would give them 8 out 10 stars. I will save room for dessert next time.
Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

The Cheesecake Factory is truly a beautiful restaurant. Unfortunately I don’t get to visit often as it takes nearly 2 hours to get to the nearest location, so for me it’s a special treat. The service was very good. The atmosphere is lovely. The food is delicious, especially the cheesecake which I of course look forward to the most. I can’t help but get the chocolate mousse every time-always my favorite. If I lived closer I’d try different flavors because I’m sure they are all amazing. A restaurant highly recommended.

It was my third time going to this cheesecake location and something or the other has been continually amiss.
Starting with the food to the service. During my most recent visit last month the waiter had this weird attitude for absolutely no reason. We were very patient and pleasant and I have no idea what warranted their rude behavior from the get go. We were also not offered any complimentary bread and I realized that once we got home. I understand that it is just bread but that just validated that we did not just imagine or misunderstood their behavior as rude.
Don't think I am ever going back again.

The worst restaurant experience I have had in 20 years over the free bread rolls. We are a family of 3 and we were only given 2 rolls. I asked for a refill for bread twice and never got it. I complained to the manager who said nothing. I will never return to this location ever. The manager & server, Gisella, were both pretty bad. Not sure how Cheesecake Factory can still employ these people.

Horrible experience. Sat down at 3:00pm, dinner was served at 3:35pm, asked for a simple marinara sauce which I like to have with Bistro shrimp pasta. Drinks were taking forever also. They were claiming the kitchen is backed up, which we were trying to be understanding of. The manager, Elisa comes with the waitress with the marinara sauce at 4:20ish saying they ran out of marinara sauce and she does not know why it wasn’t communicated. My food at that point is cold. Then the manager asks if I want the dish to be made again. As I answer No (because we are not wasting time there anymore) she tried to simply take my dish away. I told her to leave my dish so I can at least finish it with the marinara sauce, but asked the charge to be taken off. Her response “ that is my decision to do so, not yours. But I will do it for you. I make that call.” Wow. Not once apologetic. Never coming here again.
