Food was amazing!
Service was okay, seemed like he would much rather be anywhere but there.
Atmosphere was a bit loud however we did go on a weekend so we expected that.
DEFINITELY get a reservation., it willwill save you a ton of time.

Was here last night for birthday dinner and I was almost confused if there was even any seasoning? I couldn’t even taste any cheese. It was a busy night and that clearly reflected on the food

The Cheesecake Factory at Tysons Corner Center is fantastic! The menu has so many delicious options, the portions are generous, and the cheesecakes are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the service is friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for a meal with family or friends — highly recommended!

The food is good and a good value. HOWEVER, they have moved since the last time I was there (pre-covid). I did curbside pickup. Don't believe Google maps as to where to go. Then don't believe the first sign you see that says, "curbside pickup". Then if you call them for help you are in good shape IF you have been to this mall recently and know the mall. If not, the verbal instructions got me to the correct side of the building, but I took the words of the person at the other end of the call literally and the food and I were about 200 feet apart for about 15 minutes as we each watched for the other. They need MUCH better signs outside and better instructions in the app used to guide you to the pickup point. If you use this mall all the time, go for it and enjoy. If not pick a different Cheesecake Factory location or a different restaurant for that night's pick up meal.

This is a cheesecake place but their dinner options are great, even for vegetarians. Service is always great, everything taste good, now we just have to come back one time for their... cheesecakes.

Was hoping for more grace as I visited with a small child who is disabled. Unfortunately host was rude and impatient with me. Im a single mom and it took me a little time to get settled in before she complained about my stroller to another waitress who also asked me to move my stroller. It was maybe 10-12 people dinning inside really slow day. Was very surprised to be harassed about my stroller especially since I explained to the host that I needed it open for my disabled child and I had not been in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes. Not kid friendly. Not disability friendly. Overall not friendly atmosphere.

Their pasta sauces taste rich and homemade.

Food isn’t bad. Portion sizes are insanely huge. Service is always sub par. Not bad prices for the size and amount of food you get. Cheesecake is definitely the highlight and so good! Recommend reserving a table, it can get really busy and wait times can get really long

We chose this place for my birthday dinner, and it was such a great experience. Even though it was a very busy evening, both the service and the food were excellent.

Went to visit Saturday Night with about an hour left and sat at the bar. It was winding down with the staff cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. Our food was delicious and on target! Had a drink and chatted with staff who were friendly and made menu suggestions. Note the new location!, yes they moved. Thanks Cheese Cake Factory!

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would.

Cheesecake Factory Tysons Corner was a total letdown for my birthday. My daughter, sister, and I waited over 30 minutes for food that came out lukewarm. Our server never checked on us once — not a single refill or “how’s everything.”

The biggest insult? I went specifically for the birthday cheesecake reward. When I tried to redeem it after paying, I was coldly told I “should’ve asked before.” No cheesecake, no apology. Later, I called the manager, and instead of fixing it, they blamed me for not telling a manager when I was there and asked what I “expected to happen.”

What I expected was decent food, basic service, and the birthday slice I was promised. What I got was disrespect and dismissal. Absolute disgrace — Cheesecake Factory has lost me for good.

We have been to the Cheesecake Factory countless times- one of our go to places when we go the the Galleria- this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in basically any restaurant. We were sat fairly quickly, but it was all downhill from there. They sat us- then sat like a table of 15. Our waiter took our drink and appetizer orders. Our drinks came out and he took our food order- the nothing- no check in, no drink refill. Then another waiter brought our food out- but our appetizers never came- then another waiter tried to bring our appetizers like 10 minutes after we got our food. The waiter apologized and said he would send his manager over- but he never came. Absolutely absurd- you pay so much money to eat out and the experience you pay for is ruined. I’m so disgusted- I’ll never eat at another cheesecake factory ever again after this experience. The management here should be ashamed.
