I hosted a corporate dinner here, had a terrible experience. The private room is very small, with an extortionate minimum. You cannot fit half the amount of guests they claim, the food was fine but nothing special. We paid gratuity on top of an unmet minimum and room fee, I was told the event coordinator would fix it the next day. They then refused because they already had my credit card on file and said I had to contest it at the event (which I did…). Almost $3000 paid for nothing on top of dinner and gratuity. Terrible customer service on the coordination side, I felt taken advantage of. I went to their corporate contracts person who also did nothing to help. With so many options in the area, I would never use this venue again or recommend it for private events.

We loved our birthday celebration at The Palm! The Seafood and Meat entrees that we ordered were so delicious, and the service was on point! Growing up and living in Chicago as an adult, I was a frequent diner at The Palm there. Now I'm living in the DMV, and you have acquired a new frequent diner here!

We shared the 4pound lobster. The meat was perfect and the presentation was great. We also had Caesar salads which were a perfect complement. The service was terrific!

So disappointing-- brutally overpriced and mediocre service. A $76 steak was literally stringy and lost a quarter of its volume to fat. Comes with nothing and any side is additional and overpriced. Server never came back to see how everything was, having been to other Palm locations, this chain may be the most overrated restaurant I have ever been to. Save your money, go to Clyde's or Longhorn steakhouse!
