Alex and his bat team do an excellent job! Only suggestion.....manage your wine prices better. Two times value is normal but you have wines 3-4 times up charged relative to the vintages you sell.
Tonight we shared a chopped Salad. Very good. The shared portion was enough for two. I ordered a 3 LB lobster. The claws were perfect & with the melted butter who could ask for more. The lobster tail tasted good but a bit tough or over cooked. Spinach & hash brown are always great. My BF had Shrimp Scampi over pasta and he thoroughly enjoyed it. To full for desert, but from experience their carrot cake is the best.
Very dark and service was slow and inattentive, even though it was a slow night. Menu needs to be updated. My steak was cold. For these prices, better to go to Capital Grille
Alex has been a terrific server for my group every time we lunch there! He is what makes the Palm a fun place to dine!!
Very nice piece of fresh Chilean Sea Bass with jumbo crab and a giant shrimp topping. Dish was a little too spicy(maybe too much paprika)? 4 cheese scalloped potato was excellent. Good pretzel rolls The best blue cheese dressing for a nice crisp salad. Colossal crabmeat cocktail still the best around.
Dinner last night Oct. 9 was really not good. $58 filet was overcooked, under seasoned, and tasteless. My companions had similar complaints about NY Strip, Lobster and Lamb Chips. I’ve never been a fan of the Tysons Palm location (much prefer DC) but there is no excuse for serving expensive, poorly prepared, apparently low quality meat at what was once a premier steak restaurant.
"I recently dined at Palm Restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being perfectly prepared and flavorful. The service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. I also tried their Manhattan, and it was expertly crafted—smooth, well-balanced, and one of the best I’ve had! The convenience of parking made the visit even better. The private dining space was an added bonus, offering a more intimate and comfortable setting. Overall, I highly recommend Palm Restaurant for its great food, excellent drinks, and top-notch service." Big Thanks to Jared and Alex for taking care of us

Went to The Palm this Saturday with some friends! From the time we walked in to our coffee and dessert, the food and service was amazing. Our waiter, Alex, was very attentive and provided excellent service. Can't wait to go back.

Actually my favorite part was the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the place is classy. Parking is convenient. Highly recommend! Fair warning though if you order the dessert it’s quite a lot.

My family and I have eaten many times at the Palm Tysons over the last twelve years. So many times in fact that my entire family including the bulldog are on the wall. The reasons are quite clear: the people, food, and service are fantastic. Our waiter, Mischka, takes service to an entire new level. Aside from anticipating needs, which he excels at, Mischka makes you feel like family. The GM, Jared, is excellent, too, as the restaurant always runs well. As for the food, what can I say? I've had pretty much everything on the menu. The NY Strip is unreal; it's the flagship offering at a premium steakhouse and it's delicious every time. My wife loves the filet (I do , too). Our son loves the veal parmesan (here again, me too). The shrimp cocktail to start is always firm and chilled perfectly. The tuna and salmon are excellent. I could go on but I'll close with this: Keep up the great work Miscka and Jared; we will see you soon!

Great vibes and design, a bit pricey for what you get but its an upscale seafood/steakhouse so thats expected. I got the nova scotia lobster (3lb) and it was a solid 9/10

My husband and I had a birthday dinner here because we are Landry's members. Lots of great to this restaurant, but also things that were not our preference. First, parking options are $13.50 for self park, valet, or park at mall and walk through parking garage (pretty tricky-but what we did). The ambience is definitely more of a "I'm here for a work dinner" kid of vibe than a date night with ~18" paintings of famous people everywhere on the walls. They were short staffed when we got there so service was very slow and we had at least 3 servers tag team our table. The food tasted good, but was extremely expensive. $16 for a mushroom side?? They treated us very well. They brought me a birthday dessert on the house and I was able to use my $25 Landry's birthday gift. Overall, it was GOOD, but not where I would go for a date night.
