We were greeted upon arrival. Seated immediately. Our server was excellent and was quick to help us. 3 of us had the chicken parm meal and it was perfect! We added a baked potato and it was huge and was sharable. When we were leaving we were thanked for coming and our server appreciated us dining there. Overall excellent experience.
Steaks weren't cooked to our desired temperature. The lasagna was phenomenal. The valet wouldn't come out to greet us so we parked in the near by garage. The DC location was a better overall experience.
The overall experience was good. This was the first time visiting the palm. My food was good but a little cold. However, outside of that, I think it's a solid restaurant and I would return.
