It feels like the Palm Tysons Corner has lost its shine. We've dined there for years when visiting Northern Virginia, and have generally found it to be very, very good. Last night was disappointing. We noted as we checked in that someone just ahead of us had requested to be moved to another table; we apparently got seated at that table after they refused it. Jared Charlery was very curtious and helpful in making our selections. We had a lovely evening. One of our steaks was stringy but they kindly removed it from our bill and gracious gave us a keylime dessert. Thank you. Mrs. Knox
We have been dining at The Palm restaurants since they opened for business and we thoroughly enjoy dining at there restaurants throughout the US. The food and service are always top shelf in qualtity and presentation. I can say the same for the service.
