I went to Yu Noodles with two friends recently. An exciting new discovery. Food is delicious and authentic, service is very good-friendly and courteous. The only compliant I have is there’s a strong smell of air refresher-suggest using something lighter and more natural.

We were craving spicy noodles and this place didn't disappoint. The Chongqing noodles were spicy and full of peanuts, the cold noodles my colleague ordered were full of vegetables. We also tried the spicy pork soup dumplings and the normal pork soup dumplings and both were great. I especially loved the chili oil on the table.
We were in the area and saw the yelp reviews for this place were very high, so we tried it out. I loved the Sichuan beef noodle soup, and the porkchops were yummy too, but wife found a hair in her scallion pancakes, so she lost her appetite fairly quickly. Restaurant is very clean otherwise.

Service was friendly quick and efficient.
This is a wonderful Chinese noodle shop, attractively, furnished, and well staffed. The menu is accessible, and staff members are cheerfully ready to help you choose what you want to eat. The food comes quickly, and is very well prepared. They adjust spice levels to taste. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality this noodle shop is easily accessible from route 123 or 495.

Food and portion sizes here are fair for the price. It's rare to see quality places nowadays that don't charge an arm and a leg. I hope they maintain this! YU Noodles will be a part of my regular lunch/dinner spots to go

Any place that can convince my white coworkers of the culinary value of pig intestines is at least 3 stars in my book, and Yu Noodles more than earns that last 2 stars with their incredible intestines on rice with eggs. My only complaint is a distinct lack of hot drinks on the menu, which I thought would be a guaran-tea at a Chinese place. I instead ordered soymilk and asked that it be warmed, a request that somehow couldn't be fulfilled. I don't know much about how to milk soy beans, but I figured you could just toss it in the microwave. Otherwise, fantastic place.
