If five guys and big buns are 10/10 i'd say zburger is 8.5/10 as far as hamburgers go. But what is really unique about zburger is the added "service and packaging charge" and when you order from a third party app they always add "adjustment charges" after you already agreed upon a much lower total - i think zburger doesn't expect anyone to notice and they are probably right

The best Persian food in the area. We especially like that we could get the vegetarian options. Now, I wish we had one closer to us in Alexandria 😊

Just a crappy Five Guys knock off, which is saying something considering Five Guys is mid at best.
I ordered a chocolate peanut butter pecan concrete mixer and philly cheesesteak. The "mixer" came out as a soupy milkshake that was 90% pecan flavored, and had about 3 scoops of pecans in the bottom. And the cheesesteak didn't have any cheese on it so it was extremely dry. Like not even sure how one can mess that up it's literally in the name of the sandwich.
Will not be coming back here to dine.

I noticed I was charged for 'service and packaging charge' after paying for the food. So, I asked one of the employees if the charge was required, and the answer was 'Yes'. I didn't bother to argue with him anymore as it was only $1.04.
I have seen some hidden charges at normal dine-in restaurants before paying the bill. But I have never seen such charges at a fast food restaurant AND without getting a chance of reviewing the bill first.
I'm curious to know if that is norm now a days even at fast food restaurant OR Z Burger is doing something they shouldn't be doing.
5? Should be 10! Great burgers and great food from Maman Joon also inside this location. Heck, I'm going back there tonight! Best shakes in the area and so many flavors to choose from.

The owner was kind enough to substitute the Persian soup, which we weren’t overly fond of, for something else
