Really great food! We had a little difficulty finding Longfin but we are so glad we did. Smoked pork quesadilla was huge and delicious! Smoked chicken quarter w/ Alabama white sauce was so good. Bonus was Old Bay fries served with both. Really good!

This is a one-of-a-kind food truck. I don't even know where to begin... Let's see, he makes his own sauces... from peppers that he grew, from seeds he collected around the world. Then he ferments or pickles (or whatever) them for a few years before he makes them into his delicious creations. Everything is very fresh and handmade. We stopped by the new location in Stuart for the food "truck". This was our first time eating at Long Fin. We WILL be back !! The food was great , nice proportions ( we had enough for lunch and dinner ). Pulled pork sandwich was awesome and my husband had the chicken/ shrimp basket. ALL was great and love those fries ! Highly recommend stopping in ! Stuart needed another choice and this is perfect.
