We stopped by the new location in Stuart for the food "truck". This was our first time eating at Long Fin. We WILL be back !! The food was great , nice proportions ( we had enough for lunch and dinner ). Pulled pork sandwich was awesome and my husband had the chicken/ shrimp basket. ALL was great and love those fries ! Highly recommend stopping in ! Stuart needed another choice and this is perfect.

Very unusual restaurant to say the least! Had seafood. Needed to be cooked more. Batter was pale and unseasoned. Scallops, shrimp and fish was actually still cold inside. Scallops were mushy. French fries were good.

Don't pass this one up! Looks very unassuming when you drive up, but the food that is served is fresh and delicious! We would definitely visit again when in the area!

I was looking for a hidden gem. Had to travel to Hillsville today and wanted something beyond fast food for lunch. I learned a valuable lesson, don’t always trust google reviews (funny right?)…. With 4.8 stars I thought I couldn’t go wrong. The menu prices were pretty high for a food truck, but I figured it would be amazing grub. It wasn’t. All three meals my family received were breaded and fried, poorly at that. The breading fell off everything before it got to your mouth. Two grouper(fish stick)tacos, 8 shrimp, 5 bay scallops with fries, and a chicken tender sandwich with fries $50! We left hungry..So that’s the food…. The interior of the building stunk like a portable toilet filled with swamp water. Now the positive to all this negative..The people running the joint were very nice and pleasant.. When you see COCKRAM keep on rolling.

11/1 EDIT: Owner replied. IDK how to reply back to him, so I edit----They do not have Styrofoam and that was my bad decision because we did not order food so I edited it out. You can either eat in your car or in their "dining room." We have a child in a wheelchair so wanted to sit her in the "dining room" while we go to the food truck outside to order. The "dining room" had 2 folding tables, well 3. 2 were usable. The 3rd was stacked with junk and supplies. The other 2 had ppl at the tables. We left so to rate the food is not possible. It smelled good. I struck a nerve with Mr. Perry as a nerve was struck with us. I'm thankful he had a nice reply.
