Anna B's Gluten Free Bakery

Run do NOT walk to Anna B’s for the oatmeal cream pie! It has become my favorite sweet treat. Do not let the gluten free part of this bakery fool you if you aren’t gluten free. You would never know the difference. The bakery is perfectly decorated and is so cozy. Always clean and fresh. A true hidden gem that needs everyone to know it exists!

This is my favorite bakery! My sweet fiance and I had a cake tasting here. It was so easy to set up. Kim was fantastic with answering all our questions. And very prompt to respond. The cakes are delicious. We can't wait for our wedding in June with her cakes!

annaB's did it again! The vegan Carrot cake cupcakes were a hit at my grandson's birthday party. Thanks, annaB's! Your delicious cupcakes never disappoint!

This was the most beautiful, moist, delectable cake - and gluten free, at that! Amazing! I ordered the coconut, and can’t wait to try others.

I cannot say enough amazing things about annaB’s gluten free! A must try for gluten-free & non-gluten free friends! Their brownies are my favorite and come individually or in a pack of 6. They are perfect for any roadtrip, your lunch box, or to share with friends. My husband and I live in Lynchburg, but always enjoy getting treats when in the Richmond/Mechanicsville area. We also love their carrot cake cupcakes, oatmeal creme pies, and birthday cakes! They even have a beautiful party room where showers, birthdays, or gatherings can be hosted. Definitely be sure to check them out.

My brother and I have bought cupcakes from AnnaB’s several times and enjoy them just as much (if not more) than my sister does.

The service is great, the interior looks fantastic, and the cupcakes are delicious!

Enjoyed a slice of the new caramel apple pie at a family event Labor Day weekend. It was absolutely delicious. I need to order one for the holidays. Make sure you post when orders need to be placed.
There is always something new to try when I stop by the shop. I like the pie by the slice!

I love their gluten free, dairy free brownies! Has to be my favorite item so far. I added a little more fresh lemon juice to the lemon cupcake icing and that added just enough tartness for me. All their baked items were tasty, soft and not dry. I had a hard time telling they were gluten free.

My mom has had gastroparesis for about 7 years and she hasn’t be able to eat birthday cake basically since her diagnosis. She can’t have oil or butter. I stopped by Anna B’s to see if they had any idea how to possibly make her a birthday cake this year. When I ordered it I had to be sure to list all the ingredients she couldn’t consume along with all the ingredients she could. Kim and her staff put their heads together and came up with some substitutes to use in the batter. They ended up baking the most delicious cake without using any butter or oil. It was vanilla cake with the most delicate whipped frosting. After our first bite we mentioned that it tasted much like an almond flavored wedding cake. What a nice birthday surprise for my mom who was actually able to eat the cake!! We can’t thank you enough for helping us make her day so special.

My daughter loves the chocolate brownies and brownie cookie!! She actually loves them better than regular brownies! The location is so convenient to access and customer service is excellent ! They will treat you like family and make your special event extra sweet!
