This Arby's location is one of the best I have experienced. The customer service Team was professional and polite. The Rotisserie Chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly, I highly recommend this Arby's location. They must have a professional next level Chef hidden somewhere in the kitchen.

The young guy upfront with brown hair has absolutely no clue what’s going on. Just ignored when walked in. I did a mobile order tonight and how they mix up mozzarella sticks and potato wedges is beyond me. They also gave me a handful of horsey sauce in the wrong order. Someone is obviously playing in the kitchen.

My husband and I went here on a Friday afternoon and we were greeted by the cashier named Velvet. During the time she was taking our order she spoke to another employee named Jay and was complaining how much of a horrible day she was having. She told Jay, they were short handed and the ones who were there did not do their job very well. I don't go out to eat to spend my hard earned money on an over priced place to listen to the employees complain about their job and how much they hate it. You might want to speak to velvet and make sure she wants keep working there.

I love the food but twice now the unsweet tea in the drive through has tasted moldy, please clean it more often. Nothing worse than getting home to throw the drink away.

At 10:15 in the morning (met there for a meeting) everything was great! The customer service, the food, and the dining area were what I needed for my little meeting, in the corner, in the back. The young manager and cashier were very friendly for a morning shift.
