Yesterday, we ordered 4 Fish sandwiches and 4 large crinkle fries and they were outstanding!!! The Arby's fish sandwich is the best fish sandwich we have ever had. The food hot and fresh and smelled soooooo good. The staff was friendly, fast and accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this Arby's!!

Went through the drive threw and we I got my order the fries were cold and they gave me a baked potato with no fork in the bag, I go there regularly and this experience was the worst.

The employees were very friendly. My food was HOT, I always enjoy the Rotisserie Chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. They have remodeled, and it looks very nice.Vegetarian options: The veggies are more of the vegetarian options.Parking: There is enough parking all around the building

Ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was completely soggy, and too much mayo. Chicken patties was all wet and no crispyness. It looked like it had been made hours ahead. Don't think I will return. Table could have been cleaner.

We stopped the Arby’s around 6 pm was scheduled to be open until 10 pm on Christmas Eve. We attempted to go inside and the doors were being locked. We asked a man who was coming out empty handed if they were closing. We thought we had gotten the closing time incorrect but we had not, they were scheduled to stay open until 10 pm. The man said, yes but he wasn’t told why. Someone had already taken his order and the manager come from the back and told the staff member to cancel his order, no explanation given. Granted it was Christmas Eve but the manager or the staff could have at the least explained why they were closing. **Mechanicsville location

This is one of the nicest Arby's that I've ever been to.The menu is much more diverse than normal, the tables and restrooms are clean, and they actually have napkins and Arby Sauce available on every table.
