Self serve lines not working well and only one regular line open. 11 people with carts in line. Only one person working to help people. Poor Customer Service. And it’s not because they can’t hire people, as two friends applied and were told they were not hiring now. BJs chooses this level of Customer Service!
Order curbside order on Dec 30th, numerous items were missing from the order that I was charged for. They have been emailing me the same generic message for almost two months saying they have contacted management and are looking into it. They still have not refunded the amount for the missing items. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Only self checkout open, if I wanted cashier to check out would have to wait until break time was over. But the funny thing was that there were staff just hanging around by customer service. Very poor service
Long time Member over 25 years. I pay an annual membership fee as a Club Member to shop at your store. I wait in extremely long lines for checkout. Then wait in an even longer line just to exit the building as everyone's carts and items are checked at the door. Your employees are rude and clearly unhappy working there. As a paying Club Member I find this unacceptable. I don't dare buy ice cream from your business it would be melted before I left the building. Seems to be getting worse not better.

Nice and orderly. Prices are reasonable to say the least. Wish they had an eatery inside but that's personal preference. Love the self checkout and staff has always been nice.
Excellent pricing. Knowledgeable staff. Variety of products. Easy in and out espresso with the BJ’s app.
Took away self checkout for anyone who has over 20 items. Did not put on any extra cashiers to deal with the over load. Long lines only 2 cashiers. Poor store management. Line only moves as fast as the cashier chooses to. Sam's Club is looking pretty good right now.
System not working well when line all way to back of bldg.
I'm changing my review- buyers beware. I was there yesterday and 2- 18 ct eggs were 11.99- ridiculously high. Today I went to Wegman's and purchased 2- 18 ct eggs for 5.00. Come on BJs this is an extreme price difference. Until my membership ends I will be very sure to check every item i think of buying from you. PS: the eggs were the most horrible example of what I view as price gouging - there were other items I felt were over priced especially for a warehouse type store. Not cool as Americans are being met with ridiculouscosts for groceries, gas , taxes, etc...your company and your company's ceo and other executives should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm always somewhat disappointed in this store. They carry a lot of items, just not necessarily the brands I'm looking for. For example, they don't carry Quilted Northern toilet paper. They don't have pork tenderloin. So I always end up leaving there and still having to go to another store to finish my shopping. I find that somewhat frustrating. Maybe I'm just not a big box store shopper.
As local, we've been with BJ for almost 13 years. And we've been pleased with customer service during all those years. But I must say that things had changed a quite a bit in not most impressive ways. One of the associate in the apparel area was quite rude. We were looking for winter pants and this associate came up to us and asked not to make a mass. I've never seen a store associate say something like that to customers. Also, the front associate treated us as if we were stealing something. I get that they are doing their job but surely they can do better with their attitude unless they have a wish to drive customers away. Very disappointing!
Every time, not occasionally but EVERY TIME, I go to this location I have some type of issue. Placed order, website says in stock. Get there oh, that is out of stock. OK, why no phone call? 30 min each way to get there so just wasted an hour and the gas to get there. Today, placed order for pick up. Everything in stock. Went to pick up my order, oh I can't print a receipt but it was emailed to you. I asked if this was everything and was told yes. Got home, checked receipt and nope, they forgot my coffee. Called and was put on hold. They called while I was on hold to ask if I called. Then had to talk to 2 different people to confirm they could refund my $ without having to drive back. Had to spell my name 3 times to get it right. Offered my member ID# so she could just look that up but she didn't understand why I was offering it. Will be shopping at the Starling Dr location. This one is way more convenient to work but not worth the hassle.
Go somewhere else
Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. STaff came off very racist to my sister & children. Very rude. Definitely will be canceling my card & will never recommend this place again.
