Very slow service and surly fellow behind counter. Apparently short staffed and the only person dealing with customers was making some people angry. Three men complained loudly and left in a huff. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

This location sucks what kind of Bojangles runs out of wings??? Doesn't matter what time you go its a bad location which doesn’t make sense when the bojangles in the bad parts of richmond are better than this location? Make that make sense and I agree with everyone else they hire kids that dont really have good manners or work ethic the rate this bojangles is going they need to revamp everything or close it down.

There is nothing like a Bo Berry Biscuit! Stopped by this morning and was greeted by a friendly employee. The order in front of me took a little while but my order was ready by the time I walked from the cash register to the pick-up area. Thanks for the quick order. Super tasty!

This place is literally super slow and doesn't care about serving you. First of all, most of the workers their are in high school or in their mid 20's. Secondly, there was like a 5 minute gap between every order (inside, not the drive through) and it seemed like they were switching between drive-through orders and inside orders. They also didn't have the greatest of attitudes and looked like they were very unprofessional. Lastly, someone else who was their walked out before they took his order and said that it would be dinner before he got his food. The food was fine, but the workers at this location definitely need to go back to school and learn customer service class. Sometimes, this location can be good, and sometimes, it can be bad. You really never know.

This location is horribly slow. Went there tonight and am waiting for 20+ minutes for the third time. They're out of both diet and regular pepsi, half the sides are out, and the young lady working the register is obviously pretty new and not getting trained. I like Bojangles but I usually avoid this location due to consistent problems. Somebody needs to address this if they actually want this location to succeed.
Young people just can't do the work! Forever to take your order. Then get my order right!! So sad!! Go to another Bojangles! This one here in Atlee is downhill. And the manager says that is the best I can hire. What an excuse. Maybe the manager needs to go and they hire a new manager that will train the younger people a little better.
Parking: Plenty of parking all around this restaurant. Also we had BoBerry biscuits.

This place has the absolute worst customer service! Waiting in the drive thru line will take FOREVER! And that’s only if the teenager taking orders decides to take your order or not. I have never had a pleasant experience there. Every worker I have encountered is rude, short and mean. Food is okay, If you can actually get it. I’ve waited in line for 20-30 minutes just to give up. Sometimes I get a refund, sometimes I don’t even attempt to get verbally abused by a staff member. I wish they’d close this place down and get an actual decent establishment in its place!

If you want to waste your day away in the drive through, here's your place!!!!! I mean let's honk our horn say hello about two times, to still have to drive up to the drive through for her to say we didn't jnow you were there,.......... than fo her to say you going have to get back inline and order🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️..... this is seriously the same issue with this place every time..... even when you go in your waiting for ever !!! Food is fine service and training need to be redone here
