I'd been having a craving for something I couldn't put my finger on. I picked up my order and EVERYTHING was perfect. Craving magically satisfied. I'm full, satisfied, and happy. 10 out of 10

This is the best Bonchon I've been to. The customer service was better than some of the 5 star restaurants I've been to out here. The place was very clean, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back. They really treat you like they want your business. Good food is great, but being greeted and served by pleasant people takes the experience to the next level. I did not expect that level of customer service from a Bonchon. I'm so impressed!

Definitely will not get the chicken wings again ?. I remember the first time I discovered a Bon Chon I was very impressed with the quality of the wings. Today at this location, not so much the wings are way too big and the meat texture was thick and tough the best part was the outside crunchiness to the few that I did eat. Needless to say I will not be needing a box as I didn't even want to take the rest to have later...wasted my $$$ today?

First time visiting Bon Chon, went to Mechanicsville location because the Richmond delivery location reviews were awful. First impressions of atmosphere were decent, I felt the lighting was too dim. My waitress was Hannah, she had a fantastic attitude and was very friendly and plenty attentive. We ordered boneless wings, bulgogi fries, and Korean tacos. Food came out very quickly which is always a plus. The wings weren’t bad I felt they could be juicier and have more sauce but I enjoyed them. The bulgogi fries were good, I enjoyed the crispness of the fries and the meat was very flavorful. The cheese was a bit lacking, could be more melted than it was. Korean tacos were great, the flavors really complimented each other well. Overall I enjoyed Bonchon, my biggest gripe was pricing. It’s on the high side for what you get, that factor alone will keep me from returning sooner rather than later.

My wife and I both became ill after dining here on 26 Jun 2024. I had stomach issues within 30 minutes, and my wife woke up the next day feeling terrible, and threw up within an hour after getting up. I had the Chicken Katsu (which was not good at all - both the rice and especially the chicken tasted off), and my wife had the Seafood Fried Rice (which seemed okay).
