It’s always a joy to come here! The food tastes good always, service is consistently amazing, and it’s just a nice place to have dinner/lunch.

I got so excited when I saw bonchon!!! Though not the same as in Philippines, Thailand and Korea it has its own twist and was still very delicious!!!!

Had a great experience at Bonchon thanks to David. He was super friendly, funny, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming. He was really helpful walking us through the menu and explaining everything, which made ordering easy. My wife and I ordered the Seoul Sampler, and it was a ton of really good food for a great price. definitely worth it. He went out of his way to take care of us. offered drinks and surprised us with some complimentary sauces, which was a really nice touch. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants customers to have a good time. Definitely made the visit memorable. Highly recommend!

I had a pickup order and ordered seasoned fries. I often order from this location and the seasoned fries are so inconsistent having so much parsley more than Parmesan on the fries.

Politely asked the manager if the chef could lighten up on the parsley and of course they did the opposite once again. It’s just careless at this rate and the chef doesn’t care. No one wants parsley fries. Please keep in mind when ordering the seasoned fries just not worth it.

The manager was exceptionally pleasant and courteous from the moment I arrived. However, I found the pricing and food portions to be somewhat inconsistent. Some of the tenders were remarkably small, comparable to the size of a pinky finger. Additionally, the bun of the chicken sandwich was quite substantial, which unfortunately overshadowed the flavor of the chicken breast itself.

We love this place!!!!! The chicken is absolutely amazing! Amazing flavor and awesome crunch!! Totally worth the money! The guy that runs the place is really nice and friendly to my family and remembers us, that alone stands out to me!! Everyone that works there is always so cheerful and nice!! Definitely recommend!!! 😃💯👍🫶

I’ve typically enjoyed my experiences with this franchise. The wing flavors are unmatched. However, I was disappointed in my last experience because I decided to purchase a drink from the bar. I asked for a bar menu and was informed one does not exist. I’m experience in ordering so I asked for a Long Island and a shot of patron thinking little of it. Only to presenting with a $43 bill for the drinks. Astonished the employee informed my tequila is protected behind glass in the liquor store so they charge more. Is this justified you choose. Myself, I’ll be choosing another restaurant with clear and transparent policies.
