Bruster's Real Ice Cream

After this visit, I will most likely not return to this location. I came to this location since it was the closest to get the Apple Dumpling. I love this dessert. I have had it many times in the past. After getting it from this location, and attempting to eat it. I was disappointed. My apple was not completely warm. My apple was not soft like I experienced the day before from another location. My plastic spoon was bending as I was trying to eat it. That has never happened to me before when eating the Apple Dumpling. The scoops of ice cream were small. The scoops of ice cream for my whole order that day were small. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a waffle bowel for my daughter. I have not been to this location in a while but I don’t remember this location being like this in the past. I will say the Freeze that I purchased for my other daughter. She said it was good. I have been going to Bruster’s for years now. I have went to many locations and I never felt this disappointed after leaving a Bruster’s location. Has ownership changed? I’m used to seeing teens working there and the atmosphere was different.

I will continue to drive a little further to a different location to have a full enjoyable experience.

Brewster’s is always a treat for the whole family! Their ice cream tastes so fresh, and they have so many flavors it’s hard to choose. My boys love coming here after school or after a long day helping at the shop. The staff is super friendly and patient, and the outdoor seating makes it a great place to relax together. As a small business owner nearby, I really appreciate the fun atmosphere and consistent quality they bring to our community!

They have many indian ice cream flavors with regular ones. We ate tutty frutty and rose falooda

Love this place! So many flavors of ice cream to choose from. Nice customer service. I will suggest to get a small if you get a waffle cone, because trust me it's huge 😅

Great ice cream and wonderful service

This was a location we don't normally go to. It was interesting that because they have Indian owners there was Indian ice cream flavors that we got to try.

Unfortunately today's visit wasn't up to par. The sea salt caramel shake had NO flavor at all! We also had a sugar free milkshake that tasted like it was loaded with sugar. Major stomach ache about two hours later. Both shakes were a little on the soupy side as well. Used to love Bruster's, but not so much now at the prices being charged.

They have great flavors and good customer service they even have non dairy options but please for the love of the universe get some non dairy coffee chocolate chip back in stock! Ive been waiting forever!

Update: Sanjay is a man of his word, they got the non dairy coffee chocolate chip back this week! I got a pint to have at home....but i ate it all in one go 😅

Always so delightful and polite. And of course their ice cream is delicious every time.

Great seasonal flavors. Everything was in stock for a larger half gallon order.
Cashier Gwen was extremely patient and fulfilled all custom requests and exceeded expectations. Will definitely return to this location.

Brusters used to be my favorite but they started mixing vanilla with the orange sherbet and now it’s nasty wish they would have kept it just orange sherbet. I wont be going to this location any more ill just drive to the one in staples mills their ice cream is always fresh.

Outdoor seating. Big portions of ice cream!! Yummy flavors. Limited parking, awkward entrance.
