Our waiter, Bill, was phenomenal! He was super busy with it being Football Sunday but kept up with each table and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our meal. Fantastic meal and drinks! Great job Bill! We will be back.

Tonight's wait: pickup scheduled for 7:10 p.m. I called at 7:00 to inquire about the order and the woman told me it should be ready at 7:10 but the longest I would have to wait is till 7:. It is now 7:49 and I still don't have my order

The waiting was terrible, almost 40 mins of our food my little brother waited 20 mins for his tenders … I don’t want to be that person but , I do feel like it was a bit of a racisms the waitress give us a dirty look when she first came to us , when I talking to my mom in Spanish she give me that look, and I’m not trynna be dramatic but she definitely give my mom a attitude because of my mom
Accent . The waitress give everyone a warm welcoming not us.. it was like “what you want” look / tone. She kinda slam the food and did get a bit annoyed when we ask for something small..The wings were dry. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

Following a bad experience about a month ago, we decided to give it another try. What a shame. Went in on a Friday night, waited for almost two hours only for the manager to come almost two hours later and say they hadn’t started our food yet because someone called out. What a ridiculous response. My family wouldn’t eat here again if the food was free and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I hope it follows suit with the rest of the terrible places and closes down.

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Wait Time

I placed an online order with Buffalo Wild Wings and the experience was very disappointing. The system gave me an estimated pickup time that was completely inaccurate, and I ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked about the delay, the manager told me my order was the next to be bagged, however several orders came out and none were mine. Clearly it had not even been started.

It is unacceptable for a large restaurant chain to have such unreliable pickup estimates and for staff to give misleading information instead of being honest about delays. If the system cannot provide accurate times, it needs to be fixed. I expected better communication and customer service. No concessions offered, only excuses.

My recommendation would be to call before you come to pick up your food, or risk waiting longer than advised with minimal help provided only excuses and that’s only if you ask for updates.

Great sports bar to watch games. The bar was understaffed so service was slow but the bartender was very nice and overworked. The draft beer was very cold and the wings were good. Prices are reasonable.

I had the pleasure of having Sam as my Server. I have eaten out at many establishments over time, but I have Never had a Server who was Attentive, polite, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. Sam paid Attention to my table, provided us with refills without asking, very knowledgeable about the lunch menu items. We had 2 separate cheeseburgers orders with fries and drinks. Also ordered a 2 go order as well. I most certainly will be going back soon and hoping I get Sam the Friendliest representation of this business. Sam you were AMAZING and I Loved the Service you provided me and my grandson.

We took the family here for lunch today and had Angela as our server. She was incredible but I noticed she was triple sat as soon as our food arrived. She did a fantastic job at juggling it. It was impressive. However at that time the manager Jonathan (jt) was standing around. We realized they forgot my husbands bacon on his burger so i politely told him my server was doing her best juggling all the tables she was sat with literally at the same time and asked if it was possible he could grab it for us. We were met with a rude sigh and was told to give him a few minutes. He proceeded to stand around. He didnt go to the back but to carru a cup at a time to dish then just stood there looking miserable. For over 15 minutes we waited. Angela got back to us as soon as she could and was happy to grab it for us. I was extremely disappointed in the managers attitude and dismissive tone. His servers were behind and he didnt do a thing to help. By the time he got his bacon we were all done eating. I appreciate how sweet, apologetic and hard working Angela was but as far as managment that day, I've never dealt with that kind of attitude and I hope I do not have to again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Rude employees including manager Jonathan not interested in the customer being correct when they are the one that was not around when I was handed a bag with missing food and an attitude that it wasn’t there problem and they expect me to just take something else in exchange for what I actually ordered since they were out. BUT when I look at my order and you don’t mention I’m missing an expensive item that feels like stealing to me. I stated I didn’t want anything else just a refund of that item but after an employee threatened me and was willing to fight instead of just refunding me cause they had to wait for a manager which took over 15 minutes should never happen. Any other business that took an order and didn’t have something would have refunded or let me know immediately but they took a terrible approach and were shocked I’d feel like they were trying to steal when not immediately refunding so after the experience they lost the whole order as the rest of the food sitting on a counter for this entire exchange is cold and I’m certainly not have people like this make my order again. They didn’t just lose a customer that has had bad experiences here before and tried again for this to be the worst ever but this time not 1 cent of my money or my family’s will EVER be spent here again. It’s a shame that this Mechanicsville location is the worst ever. Hope they can afford to lose customers like this because I know others that have had similar experiences with food and service here. No one took the approach of they were sorry but it seemed to be no one fault to own up to just a simple refund and be honest not pretending the whole order was there. A simple Sorry goes a long way if it were the first words out of your mouth or the managers instead of blaming me for being upset after waiting for him as the only one that can refund for over 15 mins on a Togo order. Just ridiculous and disgusting!
