Mechanicsville is horrible for the once or twice a year I come ordered triple cheese burger got double cheese. server decided to get pissed and in my face that wasn't and option for her. but. my server was outstanding 5 star for her

Waitress talk for 10 minutes before she took me and my friend order ..the other Waitress look at us like we wasn't sitting there.....

Food is always good, and up to chain standards, service is often slow but chicken takes a while to cook, loud as you would expect, go when its slow for best service.

Vegetarian options: Cauliflower Wings are an option.

So impressed with the customer service I received this evening as a to go customer. On the phone she was so nice & even when I didn’t know what I wanted she was patient & so polite! They really were super sweet & I will be returning! Living over 2 hours away my experience here was worth the stop in on my way back! 🫶🏽

I called and sat on the phone for over 11 minutes and ended up going to voicemail after the lady put me on hold. Also the lady on the phone was not very friendly so I came inside and waited another six minutes not even have anybody come take my order worst Service ever slowest restaurant don’t go here if I could give zero stars I would

My family (3 kids, myself+ husband) went to dinner at the Bell Creek road location in Mechanicsville VA 23111 last night, Thursday 10/18. We arrived right at 7 pm, were promptly seated and greeted. We were all hungry so we placed our order very quickly. After 45 min, our server came by and said our order was almost ready. I'm assuming she could hear the two year old crying and saw we were all looking a little irritated with the wait. At 8:00, one hour after we ordered, she came back and said that the kitchen hadn't even started our order and that it would be another 20-30 minutes. She said she could comp our drinks and we could leave, or we could stay and wait. We decided to leave because we thought that was absolutely ridiculous. We are used to always waiting quite a while at this location, but to wait with three kids for 1.5 hours is extremely excessive, inconvenient, and flat out unacceptable. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and for a few of those, I actually worked at a buffalo wild wings and would have never allowed this to happen to any of my customers.

It's a long time to wait to eat.

I got the All-American burger with fries and an iced tea. The burger was pretty good. They give you an adequate amount of fries. My overall experience was good but not great.

The service here is awful we ordered (1)House Sampler (1) Chicken Ceasar Salad (1) 10 piece traditional wings this was for my daughter's 25th birthday celebration at home items were missing wings dried out wrong items hard items called back up to this location and was told to give our phone number that the manager was unavailable and he would get the manager to call us back as they were in the process of getting ready to close we only wanted remakes on all items but nothing disappointing after the first time around the pandemic you all flopped and we come back to you all after all this time and you all are still getting it wrong people work hard for their money to not get quality service and food you stated you will address with the team we need someone to correct this

Just happened now sat in restaurant for 15 minutes no one took drink order or anything while 4 more people came in after and were seated with servers there immediately. This restaurant needs to be overhauled from the top down or just plain closed up for good poorly managed poorly run in my last 3 visits here 2 times have been my worst restaurant visits ever in my life please don't waste your time here there are clearly better places to go it was convenient so I thought hey it's lunch time it couldn't be that bad boy was I wrong.

Best Bdubs I have ever been too! Food was so delicious and the service was decent. The bartender was mediocre seemed distracted but the server Cory more than made up for it with his service. Good job bro. Not your fault.

We placed a mobile order, picked it up and when we got home we were missing 2 items from the order. We had to drive all the way back to get the other items. Now the other items are cold. We were offered a $15 credit for our time, gas and inconvenience. Doesn't seem worth it to patron Buffalo Wild Wings anymore.

Went to this location to grab something to eat. The online pickup for this location is not available, every time I tried to order either on my computer, phone, and tablet nothing. So getting the special online is not available, went to the register to place my order, telling the cashier about the issue, it was stated that it's a known issue so cannot get the special or use your award points. So the cashier went to asked the manager at that time about the problem, the manager states that it only could be done online. So I'll avoid going to this location because of all the inconvenience to get the special.
