Burger King

Ive been to this burger king several times in the past years until they started remodeling to this new awsome updated burger king. My best friend and i left wells fargo next door and decided to have a snack before we went to run more errands. By far today 5/30/25 was the worst service i have ever had in the hospitality business. As a previous restaurant manager, server, host, cook, bartender for the last 30 + years I will never attend this burger king again !! I have never said this about any of the restaurants ive been in or visited. The attitude of the drive thru lady that took our order was no where near profesional or kind ..... she was the rudest, disrespectful person i have ever met in this business!!!!. Also never give an option to ketchup or onion ring sauce when i clearly stated both !! Because i had one of each !!! Two separate ordrrs !! fries and onion rings !!! We didn't have an option. The whole experience was horrible . They should have remodeled there employees as well

This Burger King is the best location I've been to. The staff is really nice - I've been there several times and always have a good experience. The food consistently comes out hot and tasty, which you can't always count on at other locations.

Let me start by saying this burger king is 10 minutes from my home, I have a burger king about 3 minutes from my home, but I must say the lady that took my order today , was one of the or the nicest wait staff I have ever encountered. She was so polite, professional, repeated back my order, to make sure it was correct, her demeanor is definitely a winner, I wish I got her name, I was so overwhelmed with service, then upon leaving she gave me a diary of grace, when I pulled off , tears came to my eyes. I just wish more people in service, could be aware how your attitude is either a blessing or failure. I know this is really long, but I was really touch by this lady today.... FYI my sandwich was awesome as well... Will be taking that 10 minutes ride to that burger king at all times when craving BK.

I needed some quick grease for my stomach and burger king certainly delivered! Felt great afterwards.

Food is consistently good and the service is friendly and helpful. This is my go-to when I want fast food.

This is a new or remodeled store. Nice size restroom, but both really need a baby change table.

I will say this is probably the best store on the east side of Richmond good hot food good service i highly recommend this store out any other Richmond store ok the east coast

I'm just sad that the sweet tea that I ordered was NOT sweet it was just dirt water😭

Took 25 minutes to prepare our dine-in order but somehow the drive thru kept flowing. Coke freestyle machine was dirty and kept freezing up.

It is always a delight to get my food accurate, fast and fresh. However what tops it all is Monica's greetings and customer service. My friend & I intentionally go here for our BK fix. We know every time we visit it is going to be a positive experience!

This location should be shut down. The food is cold and inedible. Their fish was incredibly hard and didn't even look like fish. Even after asking for the correct order they still only provided half of it and it was still disgusting.

Whenever I hear Monica at the drive thru speaker I know I’m in for an 11/10 customer service experience. She takes the time to just be genuinely friendly and overall she just makes my soul happy.
