Burger King

I’m editing this in hopes that the franchise owner sees it. I come to this Burger King constantly and have since I was a kid. After tonight I will NEVER be back. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I was treated extremely poorly tonight and refused food that I paid for because the woman with blue hair was having a crap night. I’ve NEVER had an issue with anyone there ever until tonight. Get better staff! I mean I know it’s not the best job, but don’t take your attitude out on me!

Food as expected but the atmosphere is bad. Steril, cheap, no flair at all, few seats only, no decoration. It's almost a punichment to sit down there and eat.

It is safe to say that this is by far the worst location that I have ever been to, it can all be summed up in one word, Lazy. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home, but I will never go back to this location. I have to find a better location, but I’m not sure that I can, the better location is now a Chipotle. These chains really need to follow Chic-Fil-A’s example when it comes to employees, otherwise I don’t see this chain surviving much longer.

The sausage egg cheese croissant wasn't that good but the hash rounds were fresh hot and delicious. The drive through lady was very friendly and smiled a lot... something that's very lacking in customer service these days. So I really appreciated that.

Terrible service. Wait in line 5 minutes to have order taken then no longer serving breakfast. Great way to strategically slow down orders to not provide food. Never going back.

Slow, got order wrong, when asked to fix order was rude, no condiments, no napkins, this place sucks!

It is closed! Followed map here at 6 pm on a Saturday night. But it is closed! No warning, no sign up, VERY anniying.

Ive been to this burger king several times in the past years until they started remodeling to this new awsome updated burger king. My best friend and i left wells fargo next door and decided to have a snack before we went to run more errands. By far today 5/30/25 was the worst service i have ever had in the hospitality business. As a previous restaurant manager, server, host, cook, bartender for the last 30 + years I will never attend this burger king again !! I have never said this about any of the restaurants ive been in or visited. The attitude of the drive thru lady that took our order was no where near profesional or kind ..... she was the rudest, disrespectful person i have ever met in this business!!!!. Also never give an option to ketchup or onion ring sauce when i clearly stated both !! Because i had one of each !!! Two separate ordrrs !! fries and onion rings !!! We didn't have an option. The whole experience was horrible . They should have remodeled there employees as well

This Burger King is the best location I've been to. The staff is really nice - I've been there several times and always have a good experience. The food consistently comes out hot and tasty, which you can't always count on at other locations.
