Hello and good evening,Evening of 01/16/24I called and reached out for a manager if able to do some business. I asked a question and gave a simple explanation why I reached out. The store manager didn’t even bothered to answer. All I need is to know if they’re interested or no respectfully.However, the manager only said hello and after hearing me out for a quick 5 seconds. I got hung up without saying anything else. This is very rude and distrustful. I wouldn’t do business or bother to eat here if this is how the business treats their guest or customers on the phone.If the district manager or someone higher up that sees this review.As a manager of a restaurant myself.You need to train your lead roles to be better. This was extremely unprofessional. How would you operate a business if you’re not fit to even bother to say a simple yes I’m interested or no? Have a nice day?

I come here all the time but the young lady taking orders at the at the drive through window today was reading off the 12$ special like she was at an auction. I don’t know how she would expect anyone with any disabilities to place and order with her talking so fast. I even ask her to say it again because I could not understand and again Could not understand anything she was saying. Very disappointing for sure today. Now, Miss Mia is always pleasant and answers any questions I have and even lets me know if there is a better way to order to save me money. Thank you Miss Mia!

Did drive thru today. Waited a long time for or burgers. When we started eating up the road, saw we were missing a fries, then realized they were not our sandwiches either. They usually do a good job but today was not good.
