This is the worst Chick Fil A ever. Worst customer service. A bunch of teenagers and a manager that doesn’t know what they’re doing. Learn customer service. Issues every time. Awful

I came to order French fries before 10:30, because im pregnant and literally the only thing I can stomach is French fries from chick fil a. Anyways, i tried to order French fries, which I was more than willing to wait and pay extra, but it was denied because it was before 10:30. Which is honestly insane because almost every other location will do it but this one.
Makes me feel invaluable as a customer amd makes me NEVER want to spend my money here. Oh and waited in like over 30 mins

What is the point of choosing mobile thru if it always takes longer than the drive thru? I need someone to help me understand. I try to be proactive and use it and end up stuck and late to where I’m going. AVOID!

Drive thru always busy but goes quick cause they have people outside taking ordered and bringing your food to you.

I asked for Polynesian sauce leave get to the hospital where my wife is at open the bag and it's nothing but chick fil a sauce🤦 they have one job.
We stopped at this location on a trip- mobile order pickup through drive thru. Food was perfect!! Had enough sauces!! (Many locations do not give the amount of sauces listed in our mobile order, so it was great!)

The chicken on my breakfast sandwich tasted old. The cashier was really kind but they tried to charge me 40¢ for a single teaspoon (not exaggerating) of cookie crumbs for my parfait.
Ashland has better service and Eastern Henrico better food and service.
