The chicken on my breakfast sandwich tasted old. The cashier was really kind but they tried to charge me 40¢ for a single teaspoon (not exaggerating) of cookie crumbs for my parfait.
Ashland has better service and Eastern Henrico better food and service.

I’m from the west coast so this was my first visit to any Chick-fil-A. I was not impressed. The food is marginal. I was told to expect a very predictable, well managed, experience. Well, the urinal was out of service and the bathroom in general wasn’t clean; not a sign of good management.

It doesn't matter what Chick-fil-A you visit, every single employee has the best attitudes I wonder if theymust go to some kind of hospitality training or something cuz they are the most welcoming professional nicest people on earth

Bill was THE BOMB! :D He provided us excellent service and assured my mom she could get the new cherry drink with diet lemonade, which she enjoyed. Although busy, our food came out quickly and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you, staff!!
