Great place to stop. Food was good and everyone was really nice. We got our food to go and I thought we were missing an item. Both Meghan and Grace happily got us a replacement. It turns out once I got back to the car I made the mistake (it was hidden under some soup) so I tried to return the item but they told me not to worry about it.

The girl who handed us our food was especially pleasant. Fast service, great food, and friendly staff

The food and the people that work there are amazing. My problem lies in the drive through. The double drive through is a great idea as you can get people through faster. The issue with the drive through at the 301 Chick-fil-a is that the double lane contains a singe drive through and a mobile order drive through. The other day the line for the standard drive though was out if the parking lot and I had to drive around the line to go inside. What's the point of a double drive through and saying you can only use one lane unless you order on the app. Even if I had ordered on the app it would have take me 10 mins to move up far enough to drive into the mobile order lane. This concept doesn't work when you only allow for one lane or the other to be uses. Do better!

I have to agree with the less than 5 stars here. This Chick-fil-A has been missing the mark on the food lately. I need the store manager to do an investigation and an in-service to find out who is the weakest link and cast them off the island immediately. Like how do you muck up lemonade? My last gallon tasted like fabuloso and ice. Do better!

For the VERY FIRST time, I met a nasty Chick Fil A worker. She was outside taking orders and she was RUDE. Saying good morning to her did NOT help. #welcometoHanoverfriends

I was in the drive thru tonight at 529 and I had a call I couldn’t hang up, and I ordered with the call on mute and Hannah was my order taker and she could see I was trying to do 2 things at once and she was very patient with me. I really try to complete all calls prior to entering a store but tonight was difficult but Hannah was very gracious and made my always pleasant chik fil a experience even better.

Who is trying to kill me???? I definitely DID NOT ASK FOR SPICY CHICKEN. I don't like to eat garbage tomatoes either!!!! The girl that took the order (black hair and braces. Can't tell gray from green. ) I don't have the gas to go back. Deluxe dose not always mean SPICY! SO WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE ME EAT SPICY.

Stopped in for a reward chicken sandwich and the people couldn't have been any nicer!! The sandwich and waffle fries were hot and delicious!!

Very friendly. The parking lot was a bit hard to navigate with all the drive thru cars, but not terrible.
