I go to this Chic Fil A and the one at Va Cntr (awesome) and the one Broad street by Willow Lawn (great)This is the only location that never fills the large fries up. The more you order the smaller they all are. I have complained 3times and they are defensive which makes me feel like I’m not the only one complaining about it. I’ll go to the others as much as possible. Oh well, my pleasure.

Good food, like you’d expect - but ever since they changed their drive thru lanes, IT IS SO SLOW! The staff are nice and trying, but they went from 2 lanes to 1. I used to be able to count on running through the drive-through quickly, but that is no longer a guarantee. Even when it’s slow.

I love Chick-fil-A, but I hate this one. It's the service! Only car in the drive-thru minus one at the window and no-one answers the intercom. 6min later i just pull around to the window, and the employees are hanging out. Go inside and order, in and out in under 2 min. The drive-thru sucks here whether it's busy or slow. This place has a Chick-fil-A name with a McDonalds staff.

I went through the drive thru and as I was sitting there waiting for my order, I noticed how the employees were working as fast and efficiently, trying to do their best to keep the drive thru lines moving. Chick-fil-A has the best food and the BEST employees.
