I wish I could separate service from food for this review. I live near this restaurant and have ordered food for takeout many times. The food is fine. Actually it's very good and it's priced right. My order is always correct too. The problem: Two young ladies work the counter. One of them is outrageously rude. She needs no provocation. She is just an unhappy, angry person who treats customers with contempt just because they are standing in front of her. This happened again yesterday. Leaves me speechless. How do you deal with impossible people? You don't. You take your business elsewhere. And that's what I'll do going forward.

I’ve been eating here for around 15 years and honestly it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! Back when my son was a toddler who is now almost 13 I could order the chicken that they use for the lo mein but get a bowl of the chicken specially made. The prices are great, just like the food and best crab Rangoon too! The lady that owns it I believe and her daughter are so nice. The service is amazing! My go to place when I want Chinese hands down. My son now loves the General Tso’s spicy, crab Rangoon and the chicken chow mei fun.

Me. My wife, and my Mom went there today for lunch. First time. We all loved it and have decided they serve the Best food anywhere egg foo young was packed with vegetables and the fried rice was the bomb. They make the rice like it used to be fixed. Onion, peas and carrots, and fried to perfection. Thank you all so much. We live in West Point but will go there soon and many more times.

never again! I don’t care how good the food is, China House will never get another dollar of my money based simply on the service, or lack thereof, provided. They take an order online, but obviously can’t fill it properly. SMH it really is a shame, because it used to be a really great place for takeout Chinese.

Food historically been great but probably not going back unless they comp the Large Veggie Lo Mein with added Beef I ordered at 6:20, was told it'd be ready in 10 minutes-- I asked if it could be ready at 6:45. arrived at 6:37, sat and waited until 7:10 with no update on my order. Walked out furious. Was not going to leave a review until they just NOW at 7:32 called my phone FIVE times! I had to block the number they were harassing me! I'll likely never go back unless they call me and offer a free meal because that was a disrespectful and downright awful experience.

I'm not usually impressed with Chinese in the sense that is all decent and average. I've only had the teriyaki chicken and Mongolian beef but my word, they make better than average food. Also stingy on high marks but those are some really good items. It made me do a verbal mmmmmm. I don't go mmmmmm'ing at everything take out so consider it high praise. Good job China House and thanks

Worst chinese I've ever had in my life...ever.Burnt shrimp so tough couldn't eat them..hardly any shrimp in fried rice ..eggrolls wayyyy overcooked..threw it all in the trash can...and they used Doordash to deliver my food which cost another 12 dollars..don't waste your money here..fkn horrible at best
