If I pay for extra shrimp and broccoli don’t shred the broccoli into the smallest pieces possible. If I’m willing to pay for the extras give me the whole pieces. 30 dollars we pick up and you shred everything cmon.

Best Chinese food in Mechanicsville. General Tso, Por fried rice, lo mein, and crab rangoon are my family's favorites.
This was the best Chinese food I have ever had. It was well seasoned. The hunan chicken and crab Rangoon was to die for❤️❤️the vegetable lo mein was seasoned to perfection. Even the egg roll was delicious ❤️
Meat was dry and the dumplings were limp and fell apart.

China House is my go-to restaurant in Mechanicsville for take out Asian cuisine! My favorite things to order are lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, and their amazing egg rolls! Have always really loved food here, but not now. Fried wonton was so greasy and hard we could not eat it. The sweet and sour chicken was also over cooked and hard. The spicy shrimp dish was very bland. I hope this was just an off night but will not order again any time soon.
Three dishes we received were burned. Not overcooked, but charred and inedible. So disgusting! Someone put burned food together for a customer, because they had to have seen this burned, disgusting, inedible food. And not for just one, but three. Shrimp toast, teriyaki beef and fried shrimp, all worthless.

most reliable chinese food spot in town. consistent. always served hot and never below expectations. the drinks are cheap and the staff is awesome. if you're looking for some great take-out for a lazy day, this is the best place to go!

It was ok..nothing great. Our regular go-to was closed today so decided to try China House. Won ton soup was tasty, but only lukewarm..2 of our 3 entrees were good...1 had very little meat, mostly veggies instead..too bad.My son went to pick up and said cashier was very rude..Probably won't be a returning customer
