This is our favorite local chinese restaurant. We always just order on the Beyond Menu app and it is easy to order and pick up/pay at the restaurant. I think it depends when you order because on the weekend nights they can get very busy and I have had to wait over 45 minutes. During the week I never have an issue as they give you 20-25 minutes for pick up. The lady at the counter is always friendly and the food is delicious.
Here's the deal....I wanted so badly to give this place a 5 star review because I liked the food that much. It was so fresh but ask yourself why so fresh? Talking about my experience and my experience alone I think it's due to them not starting my order until I arrived in store for pickup. I was the only customer in the store and no one was cooking anything in back. Two people (man & woman) came to the window at check out and looked at my receipt where I pre-ordered...
Atmosphere is only a 3, simply because it is just normal for a chinese take out, not a hit to them or anything.
The food is why i am here, literally the only chinese food place i go to (I've tried a ton, and they win above all others for my tastes) and the people are amazing when they see you enough to remember you, and from the start, the remembered me by name like the 2nd or 3rd time i was in there along with what my LARGE order was from memory.
