This location never has fajita vegetables!! My favorite part. They may or may not even cook them , it’s easier for them just to say we are out. Or if they make a batch it will only be one time to start the day and when they run out well to bad!! You are lucky if they have chips guac or hard tacosMost of the staff looks like they are mad that you even came in. I even heard a young lady growling at her male co worker who was working the cash register when he asked her for a side of guac. I will say this young man was hustling and trying to do the other coworkers jobs. He ended up having to get it himself. This location has been poorly run for a long time.i wish corporate would come in and clean this location up.

I ordered for delivery and instead of getting two veggie burritos with guac, I recieved two burritos with meat and no guac.I am really disappointed that my order is right anytime I order in person, but without oversight, I can no longer trust this restaurant to get my delivery order remotely correct. Suggest paying workers more.Vegetarian options: They put meat in my veggie burritos

This is the most ratchet restaurant in all of Richmond. This what happens when you hire from the bottom of the barrel. The employees are loud, illiterate and ignorant and look as if they haven’t bathed in weeks.

This place is so dirty! Dirty glass at the food service area, dirty tables, just absolutely disgusting. It's a shame the employees don't take the initiative to wipe something down. A surprise inspection by the Health Department might do this place some good. The gentleman that took my order could have pretended to be happy to be here, too. 1st and LAST visit to this garbage restaurant! The food SUCKED!!!

Last night after encountering a horrid experience, one of the workers followed me outside and verbally assaulted me after I reported her to the ill involved manager (Shamelle) on duty. Outside, the issue escalated as she was threatening me, calling me foul names and basically chased me to my car in a violent manner. I was triggered, yet felt for my safety as I could hear her on the phone with someone asking them to come up there and take care of me. I called the police and got her to back away by putting my car in a drive and reverse motion. She went inside got her purse (black “the tote bag”) and was digging in it as if she had a gun. I was terrified. The police recording has the altercation. I have footage of her following me out the store and standing in front of my vehicle. My footage also shows her on the phone with someone which supports what I communicated to the officer. The manager allowed her, a Chipotle’s employee to follow, engage and harass me when I was simply taking pictures of the filth (that have been shared with the health department) and storefront as proof. And after all of this, the general manager came to the store, didn’t ask my side but told the police I was banned. Unbelievable. I am seeing legal action.

What the heck is the manager doing!!! This is literally the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. If you like Chipotle you should never come to this location! They don’t give appropriate portions. They do not greet. They do not acknowledge questions. And in my case tonight they messed up my order and didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or take any sort of accountability. I nearly threw my whole bowl at the counter because I was so angry at the ill-mannered attitude of the whole staff. Not only that, this location repeatedly stops grilling veggies, stops making guacamole, stops prepping food after 7p when they close at 10p. Every other chipotle I’ve been to is still serving all line items until 9p. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I have been to 100 Chipotles in my lifetime and this is 100x the worst. I’ve returned three times in a year and this is my last straw. Will never return to this location. Management or Corporate: if you’re reading this, make some radical changes to your staff. It all rolls from the top.

I’ve never written a review for a restaurant before, but this chipotle location was so bad I felt compelled to. To start with, I went up to the line to order and the girl looked at me and then turned away and just stood there. Finally, she turned back to look at me and I told her what I would like and she didn’t respond with any words and just started making the food. After she did her job of putting the rice and meat in the burritos (which ended up being dry as a bone) I said thank you to her, and she didn’t even respond. Then my burritos got passed down to another lady who would not make eye contact with me and who had the tone of voice when she spoke to me like she wanted to punch me in the throat just for being there (and I’m pretty sure this lady was the manager on duty because she barked at the first lady I interacted with about putting less portions into the burritos). After dealing with these two pleasant individuals I finally get to the cash register. The lady ringing me up also would not make eye contact or speak, and when I said thank you to her she did not respond at all. I think this is the most miserable and maladjusted crew that I’ve ever seen working at a restaurant.So all in all the food sucked because it was dry and crusty and the customer service and interactions with the employees was atrocious. This is hands-down the worst chipotle that I have ever been to. Avoid this location like the plague.

First couple of visits - poor/frustrated service with okay food.Thought I would give them one more shot: My last visit was an order out in at 9:50; they closed at 11. When I walked in, they were already closing up. My bowl was missing half of the items: missing pico, fajitas, corn, and the double chicken was definitely closer to a single portion.. they did put in two orders of chips and queso instead of the one without the extra charge. All in all, I will be driving to short pump for my bowls instead of here from now on.

This place is garbage and probably a waste of money to have in this area. The people are nice sometimes, but they never have anything always out of 90% of the food every time that we go here figured might as well give it one more chance, and of course, out of anything we wanted, the only option they have is chicken for meat out of rice out of beans out of almost everything but chicken
