I wish Chipotle were more uniform between each store. My order is always basic and rarely comes out the same. For the most part, the one I frequent is pretty good. They are better than most fast food places. For 2 or 3 other locations, this would be a 2 star.

We have been to this location twice and both times have been greatly disappointed. We were served quickly, but the food was cold, they were out of guacamole (two for two on that), no napkins, every table was dirty and the trash was overflowing. There had to be 10+ people behind the counter and there was no line, so why it was filthy is beyond me. Won't be back.

The management of this location needs to be investigated by the corporate office. I don't know how you maintain a restaurant like that and ever expect a customer to return. The restaurant was disgusting, they were out of half of the ingredients, and they food they had out looked disgusting. I will not be back.

Never get my pick up orders right
My chicken was so cold it seemed like it came out of the fridge. The brown beans were crunchy. The fajita veggies were raw. The work space was very dirty. Trash was overflowing and tables were full of food. The cashier was kind and friendly.

I came in to get it a bowl and watched 4 employees walking around doing nothing. When I was finally acknowledged by this young boy he proceeded to start making my food when I asked for chicken he haphazardly threw a half a spoon of chicken in the bowl and I asked for more chicken and he said it would be extra charge I replied it was not a whole spoon full he got smart and said it was. I saw them make 3 other ordered in front of me and it was not the same amount as the others. Yall need to get people in this store that ha e customer service skills. This is the 3rd time I have been here and I will not come back. Please get people that want to work and have people skills. This boy needs to be washing dishes or something that does not require him to interact with people. I left and will give my money to another establishment.

I have been here several times and it has been ok. The tortilla chips were stale but the queso and burrito were good. This last time I walked in and waited while the employees complained to each other about another employee walking out. I waited 5 minutes while they talked and cleaned off the order table and finally took my order. I got a burrito and and a bowl. I asked for chips and queso and they said they were out of queso and it was only 7pm. I love Chipotle but definitely not impressed.

Had to leave. Staff rude, didn't have chicken, tried to sell old pinto beans, and no black beans. I've been to this location several times hoping it would change, but has not. Needs a real improvement. 1230 on a Saturday and you're not ready for lunch business....
As much as I used to love Chipotle I haven't been to this location for 6 months because of all the reasons people complain about. However, I went inside to order take out tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Good service (almost friendly), great portion size for our bowls, and quite delicious. Hoping they continue to improve!

I’d give zero stars if Google would let me but apparently even culinary disasters get a trophy nowadays. Reading must be really hard because they screwed up six items on our order.
The food quality also just sucked dude, I wish I could say it didn’t, but it did. It’s not anger just sheer bewildered disappointment. Thin, soupy sour cream, crunchy rice, and what I can only describe as depression in a bowl.
But here’s where it gets truly pathetic, they messed up my KIDS’ meals. You had one job that actually mattered, getting a child’s order right and you couldn’t even do that. Nothing says “we don’t care” quite like disappointing hungry children who just wanted their simple meal done correctly. How wretched must it be for a 3 and 6 year-old to mistakenly be given white milk after setting your heart on the chocolate milk you ordered and made up songs for on the car ride there?
I’ve had gas station sushi with more integrity than this location.
I don’t blame the high schoolers working here, but would love to know who owns this franchise because it’s about to turn back into the abandoned Burger King it was for the last decade. My money would’ve been better spent setting my order on fire for warmth. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to Chick-fil-a.

Well now I know why it gets 2.5 stars. We picked up food for a school fundraiser. Rice was undercooked…food left off order and burrito is like half the size it normally is! Never going back…horrible.

11/15/2025 - no rice of any sort at 12:50 on a Saturday. A great manager could fix this place easily, as it stands they won't be open much longer.
