Jr. Tray burger with grilled onions, mayo n mustard. Cajun fries. Pretty good all around. Fresh watermelon shake, made thicc. Just how I love it!!

We had never been here before, but we gave it a whirl. The dining area was very clean. The service was very nice. Logan was our server, and was polite and smiled. We asked about their food and he took time to help us with it. The manager also was very nice when we asked go talk to him. To his surprise, we took time to tell him we enjoyed the place. He made sure we got our employee’s name so we could mention in the review. We did not buy the shakes, but if I could have eaten and drank that much, I would have. The price was also very good.

I'm hoping that they were just having a bad day and it is the beginning of something. Today I went in with my daughter and yes they were busy but not packed. The gentleman that was the cashier was less than welcoming in fact he was borderline rude, if felt as if I was an annoyance to him. We live about 5mins from the restaurant and we when got home to eat our food it was COLD which is very disappointing because we normally love cook out. I got the BBQ platter and the BBQ it self was cold and the fries were cold and soggy however the hush puppies were great as always. My daughter got a hot dog and fries, hot dog was luke warm and fries of course were cold and soggy. I really really hope this was a one off experience and it will be much better next time.

Our first time.The burgers were smaller than their name suggested ! The fries were super soggy. The person at the drive thru was really nice.

As always Cookout was a quick and efficient process to get a BBQ sandwich and my favorite walnut milkshake. The milkshakes had a good amount of walnuts added which I really enjoy.
The 2 people taking my order were kind and funny. They worked quick and got it all correct. Burger was really for fast food. Trying a milkshake next time.

They have a variety of options but doors closed all time,covid passed and still locking doors,I tried it once and workers didn't offer napkins,condiments and got whole order wrong,but said there was no manager on site so we just ate the meal and it wasn't my cup of tea.
